DP Blueberry Fem - LED/HPS - Canna Coco

Yeah that's one way to go and then you'll know for next year when and how you want to do outdoor ladies :)



Went in and checked lady blue and her children, well she has definitely slowed a little in the stretch and I think she'll stop shortly so I'm keeping a keen eye for when I want to defol her, will most likely end up at 3weeks like Grizz reccomended.
The clones well, lastnight they were still in very moist almost soggy coco they had just been sitting in for days, checked before and the pots are almost bone drug, so I'd say their roots have come through good, so ill repot soon and place outside :)

Apart from the issues I have with getting meds atm, everything else is getting really exciting now :)
 
Oh and lady blue needs watering again, this time I'm just going to do straight ph water since I havnt given her plain water for awhile so hopefully any salts that could possibly build up won't have a chance :b
 
Clones just got a small 1/2 dose feed, ill keep my eyes on them and see what happens
 
Had some positive news today from the lady who took the one of the clones, she said its growing good and healthy and she asked when she can repot so I told her to give a couple more days to consolidate its roots. Good news because ages had it either sitting by the window or outside in a covered area, so think ill be right to put them out which ill do either tonight or tomorrow morning depending.

Would I be better off taking them out when their inside period is dark or lights on?
I think early in the morning their cfls are still on so could put out then so she gets the day for sunlight aswell?
 
Yeah, I wouldn't stress about it, whenever your got time to do it.. No real big deal (light hours), temperature,added with shock of transplant more concerning, but as good a time as we've had in 9 months, lol...

Yeah I've never seemed to have had any probs transferring from light and your right about the other factors. I might check the bottoms of pots soon if they don't look like they need transplant just yet ill get them outside to deal with temps and sunlight a few days before doing a transplant, let take it day by day haha
Yeah man oath, keep hearing that they reckon there will be another cold snap but that's been said for 2 weeks now so could be safe, might have to check the weather.

Is that girl you posted the photo of one your going to use outdoor?
 
That's the one I'll monster crop, lol.. I had a nice bubba kush going, stripped all her branches for clones, was going to put couple outside and flower others after couple week veg.. Damn light in clone box got kicked outta wall at some stage, been away for last week, shattered. Got a main stem with two little branches on it now..I'll need to veg it for next 3 months to get anything off it, damn... I want to sell house, so tossing up about doing any here.. Might need to throw some into 12-12. You've done that? You notice how long they veg for before they start to flower? Trying to come up with a nutrient plan.. I'm thinking it'd take around 14-16 weeks, seed to finish. 4-6 weeks before it starts flowering... Veg nutrients for month then flowering?....

Ah that sucks man, I've similar things happen throughout the years very frustrating haha. Yeah is say if you want to sell her best not haave any ladies outside, then again you might a buyer who'd be even more keen haha
Yeah man I did the 12/12 girls, was interesting they all kind of started at different times but your estimates would be very close because I think the earliest one started to stretch was about 4 weeks on the dot. So what you've said there definitely makes sense, yours will most likely start off better then mine did (to cold), so you might have a few early flowerers.
Good plan you have if you choose the 12/12 path :)
 
Well finally managed to get some more camera photos to upload.
She's abit droopy on these because I gave her a little extra water then needed yesterday.
Also in the photo of the stem you can see some of the lower growth beginning to yellow. Tomorrow I will look over her and hopefully the flower yellowing is the only thing showing on leaves :)

Yeah I kind of wish I had of had a few autos to do as this one started growing just so I'd have something for now haha but what I'm getting (now situations are working out) will get me through till her harvest :)
I'm happy to do these grows for you to watch and you'll see these outdoor clones going soon and aslong as I have blokes like you doing the nice auto grows to follow :thumb:
 
Some first rays of sunlight, tomorrow ill get them in a more full sun area hopefully but they seemed very happy today and buy the time the sun was setting they looked very ready to be outdoor.:)
Now just to see how they handle the ni mght time haha

Checked the weather earlier turns out we are meant to have some 2℃ lows coming in and outside lights sitting on 12 hours light.
The clones may yet come inside for a little bit once again.
Lady Blue is going to get a defol tonight, the last 2 days she's hardly grown, other then hairs and all that so figure might aswell do it now, she may need a water aswell so ill likely post a feed update soon :)

UPDATE

Well I GAVE HER defol just before her water and well I looked at the pile I had trimmed and thought, oh no gone overboard. Well I don't think I did cause she's still thick just not as mould inviting type of thick haha, got rid of a couple of longer branches because they just didn't make it to the canopy and were just going to cause problems, other then that I think she should be alright.
Anyway then I agave her a feed, decided to go with 6 litres this time because I havnt been happy with her run off I also bumped her A up back to the reccomended dose and will observe what happens, any signs of N abundance and its getting dropped straight away.
I also changed my lights up a little and lifted them higher because I think she's been gettingbit of light burn :( ill show some pics and hopefully someone can let me know if its definitely light burn or not :)

Ah really, ah well its always good to watch how they grow on your terrace :) can't wait to see how the blackberrys you got turn out.
Thanks man, she's beautiful, very nervous about her though, she's my biggest indoor and I really don't want anything getting in the way off her finishing proper haha
She's actually starting to get the real blueberry smell to her now, can safely say that when it comes to the flowering smell, they definitely got the name of this strain right :)
