So I never gave up looking for ways to get high thc concentrate with terpene retention and get it into a vape. Here's the next try. I'm testing it as I type. WooHoo!
Deep down the rabbit hole one day I found an email from what should be a trusted source. In that mail I was shown how to take pure pressed flower rosin. Bake it for 24 to 48 hours, get it into pre warmed glass syringes, and injected into cartridges, baked for 5 minutes for wicking to take up and refill, done. All done at 150F.
It was almost no work at all. Getting the weed squished was the main thing. Not bad. The 24 hour bake was in the instant pot sous vide setting. No sweat.
So I squished 3 grams of Dos-si-do
Got it in the instant pot sous vide setting 24 hours
Warmed everything up to 150F
Gave em a fill

I've been down this road before so i'm not all in as far as thinking this will work through one, two or more fills? It's the best start though and I wanted to share it. Maybe someone already does it? Or better? I want to get pure squeezed flower into carts. That's all. Hehe, anyway I have to shovel. I'm hitting the BKD900 before I do! I'll be back with updates on this.
