It looks like the same plant you showed us in msg #14. If you already transplanted like you mentioned you were going to do you will have to wait a couple of weeks for improvements to show up.
In the long planter box it seems like you have two plants growing. And, the one furthest away up into the corner of the tent looks like the same problem has started with drooping leaves and dark and light green areas to the leaves.
Look for the thread on this message board called How to Water a Potted Plant and read through it. Look for information on watering during the vegetation stage and during the flowering stage of growth. The recommended methods are slightly different.
