I have a Res change on the roadrunner and trainwreck today so I'll be starting flush soon. pistures coming, did you see I had my 2 400's crash down on my plants, nothing major just need to do some minor repairs on the plant with pipe cleaner using them to support where the branches got crunched worked out nicely.

No! my bro! thankfully the roadrunner minimal damages with only 2 small branches that busted off so it's a little taste ahead of time, the other to had minimal damages also but nothing that couldn't be corrected, I have more of a small problem with the nute mix, over dose happening added plain ph'd water! I will be correcting that in todays Res change, I had add a molasses additive that I must of dosed incorectly, hit the plants a little hashly and had a negitive effect.

So it a correction we will go and back off with the agressive nutrient mixing some and fall back to standard dose.

Res change on 2 went with out any problems! I didn't knock down the lights again so that's good, I cut the trainwreak an la women back on nutes, I used a molasse additive that is messig with them! I started the roadrunner off with 2 gal's mixed and 1 gal plain water with clearex ph'd, tomorrow I will change over completely the whole res to clearex and water and go til thursday Friday then she comes down.
 
While out doing the Sunday thing with the wife! we stop at this smoke shop I go to now and then! and while there checking out the hand grinders the guy on the other side of the counter told me of an extraction process I have yet to come across! when done with the process they call it Earwax kief, anyone have knowledge of this!
 
Never Heard of it Dr. Who, I just tried a new method myself. Get the kief, into the pollen pres, then into the oven. It seemed to make the hash more sticky. Also it linda made some honey oil too where it got really hot. I wonder if it would all turn to the liquid if kept in there long enough.lol. Thats another path to travel down. Anyways, i came through your thread to say thanks for your helpful suggestions on my help thread, and got sidetracked on the hash topic. Very nice grow by the way, i hope you dont mind a few questions from me as i make this first journey.:thankyou:

Some grinders have a screen for trichs to fall through and be captured. Earwax kief is a form of home made hash using a flamable, combustible liqiud we use in cigarette lighters, to extract it. We are not allowed to say that word here....it rhymes with Putane.

That's what I call karma! The good doctor has a lot of good karma going for him. While bad luck will still happen, good karma will help to keep it minimal.

I'm doing pretty well, just trying to avoid getting into the health care debate too deeply in the Deep Water Culture home, I'm pretty passionate about needing to do something. This bill doesn't fix the whole problem, but hopefully it will get the ball rolling in the right direction, we simply can't sit back and do nothing as some politician's want us to do. They are only interested in seeing Obama fail, have no interest in doing right, only want him to fail and to hell with you and I in the mean time.

I gotta stop thinking about politics, it really does piss me off.

I finished my desk today which means I have to tear down the old one and move my computer and everything else. It's going to be a big time pain in the ass!

Yeah I been cleaning my tent got to keep it clean, I been worried about the other 2 plants I may have to cut them back on the nutes more!

You know, I'd go a little easy on the nutes if I were you. I've been doing a lot of reading and they all say the excessive nute levels is probably not doing anything. I've been waching mine pretty closely and I don't see where they are eating tons of nutes, just small amounts and less as I near the end.

My last grow I was hitting them pretty hard at the end and the buds seemed to stop growing the last week or two. This time I'm going to setp them down and the last week or ten days will be straight water. I was awful disappointed at the end last time so this time I'm switching it up.

I do agree on that! during the veg stage I think it's okay to be a bit agressive and in to the flowering a short while, I'm like you! cutting them back and not going to use the agressive nute mix plan any longer! they are in shock and stressed from the crap that happened so it is best to ease off themsome.

The last Res change I dropped back some and when I add more I'll cut that back a little more, the roadrunner is on plain ph'd water with clearex as a flush.

I and have had a change to tasted the bud from the branch that got busted off friday, inot while but good amount didn't scale it! it dried fast and I have that in a glass jag curing! it has a really good heady/body high but we'll see as it cur's, their's a slow come on but when it hit's Awsome!
 
The roadrunner is in plain ph'd water and clearex as a flush, the branches of bud that got busted off dried fairly fast so I smoked some, and is a really heady high creeping up on you after short a while! leaving me with a nice head an body buzz that seemed to last quite awhile to, was rrrreal good! in fact I'm going to go smoke some now!
