I love that sweet taste! It's something I never had until brix was pretty high.....like 16+. Lately, my plants don't even smell like weed. They smell like a desert topping, or a really nice liquour......the Champagne is so damn sweet and fruity if I blindfolded you and put it under your nose you wouldn't guess it was weed.

I'll bet the effect of that bud was pretty good too......have you tried smoking like 15+ hits at once? With really high brix weed, I find that 2 or 3 hits gets me plenty high and goofy....but 10 or more puts me "right."

Try it! I think you'll find there is no ceiling to it....more smoke=better effect with no end in sight.

Yes! The plants in my first HB grow, this last harvest, do not smell or taste like typical weed. The plants alive and their afterlife, dont either :) .This is not just me saying this. Had a lucky buddy try the smoke listed above, its not yet cured 2 wks. He said, what is this? I said i have no idea but its friggin awesome! :rofl: i told him it was Living Magic. He said you got that right! He said its sweet! I know! He then blew it when he asked if I soaked it in anything sweet. What? No! Sour and salty, YES! Huh? He said...i said it was washed in lemon juice and baking soda...he stared at me as the unknown, awesome sativa smoke started its magic... He starts busting out laughing, which I joined in, he said youre so full of sheeeit... Right. :)

Have another sample tonight from an Aut...uh, a Jock Horror :)
Made seeds and mixed with a pineapple express and another mix with amnesia xxl using Colloidal Silver grown in HB soil. Did it to try it. Was a Major success! Hundreds of seeds from 2 1/2 plants. Amazing education here on 420!!!

Oh yeah....I know exactly what you mean.

I had a guy over a few months ago and he took a rip of some Lemon Paki....not knowing anything about it other than I'm my daughter's dad and I grew this stuff.....

"Wow! What kind of bong is this?" (it was a simple bong, no ash catcher, no percs....just water and a downstem.....)

I said, It's not the bong, it's the weed. He took another rip.

"What strain is this? I've never had anything like this." I explained that everything I grow is going to be like this and loaded up a bowl of something else....

"OMG! Is this laced? What is this? I've never had weed like this!" And so on.....

Typical high brix stuff....happens all the time.

And we snobs aren't content with what we have now....we're still trying to get better!

Ditto Graytail. As long as someone, somewhere is saying: " #$@%#! #$$#@! This is the best weed I've ever seen! " and they're talking about my produce, well, then I'm happy. :high-five:

I haven't noticed phenotypical expressions that differ from lighting....but definitely from photoperiod and soil composition.

High Brix "sativafies" things as it is....add in the 11/13 photoperiod and things definitely look different in a good way, IMO.
