Doc Bud's High Brix Q&A With Pictures

I'd like to see a bit of foam or wider air gap between the floor and the containers....just to make sure. Cold roots turn the motor off and nothing but ugly comes after....
How wide an air gap? They're already 2" off the floor... also the crawl space is heated.....

I'd do one now and one later like you say. It just seems to me that the new "normal" on giving CAT drenches has morphed from bud set to about week 5-6. Since you have identical plants going, you should definitely try one now and one when you planned on and compare. It may be a later CAT is what is best for that plant but doing them later just because that's what others are doing now may not be what's best.
I still do them at budset.....which that plant is a picture of....

all good points! Alright one got 1st cat last night the other will a get it a week later. When they’re ready I’ll have to throw a Bong Taste test party, to get some feedback:roorrip:

I Love a good ice cold Bush beer in my frozen mug I also enjoy a good wine and some good agave tequila among other liquors and of course some good bud
:snowboating:

I think I want to try this out as I'm seeing great results with it. Any suggestions for something for a few plants to try it out?

Hi Pecker! are you asking about trying the kit? Yes, you can try growing a few plants. The basic kit makes about 42 gallons of soil so if by a few you mean 3, you could do 3 in #15's, or you could do 4 #10's or the minimum recommended pot size are #7's and you would get 6. Soil will last too if you only want to do 3 in #7's. One Doc Bud High Brix grow and you'll be hooked! My recommendation is to just go for the bulk kit right off the bat if you can swing it.

I will never grow with any other system, kit grower for life yo! :headbanger: Lots of others will say the same thing.

:passitleft:

I've noticed an overwhelming amount of growers using the kit. I'm a busy person so I want to make sure the kit allows me to have my time loke like soil does. I can't be watering and feeding twice a day every day. I haven't had a chance to read up on its use so it may be easier to use. If I have any questions I'll be back. Thanks!

Hey pecker
I deliver heating oil and fuels for a living so during this time of year I hit upwards of 70 hrs a week and have no worries about time being consumed, it’s simple and a easy system to work around! DO IT :thumb: for me I have lights on at 6pm and lights off at 5 am, I simply check the ladies before lights off that way I know if I need to mix my drenches or plan my spray etc for that night. Helps make gardening very enjoyable. The support is unmatched we’re one big brixy misfits family here.

I feel you bud. My life consists of work weeks like that too. But in the summer instead. Anyway, I more then likely will be trying it out to see if it's something I can stick to. When the day comes, I'll make sure I post updates and results. In all honesty, I've yet to really see a bad result from the kit unless there was grower error.
