Yes, everything is doubled when doing as a dunk/drench, so 1/4 strength top-watered would translate to 1/2 strength as a dunk/drench. (it would still be 1/4 strength of the full-strength drench!) ;)

I just moved my grow to have access to a hose. I used to lug in and out 5gal buckets every day. I don’t have RO or anything, I get a drinking water delivery but it’s too expensive to use for plants. It doesn’t rain here so no chance of that, or safe streams.
They have a water machine with distilled at the liquor store but that’s too long a walk, I’d have to roll barrels back like I was Donkey Kong.

I’m just going to start leaving buckets of “filtered” water out over night and hope for the best.

I too use tap water. I set it out a couple of days ahead of time and place an aquarium air pump in the bucket. After a couple of days the smell of chlorine is gone and the water loses its "blueish", swimming pool like color. After 10 grows haven't had any water-related issues that I'm aware of.
 
Mornin to ya Sarge and friends! Ya sarge...if ya don't have a lil 'kiddy' pool like Mike suggested , then use a tarp bud...way easy and clean up is fast, fast , fast. Just remember to add your water AFTER you have mixed it all up really good and are putting it all in the totes (or whatever). Don't add the water while the soil is ON the tarp ..wait till its in the totes. Now , your tarp is all clean and dry...just fold it up nice till next time...so easy , peasy!

Awesome yeah i think ill do the tarp method when i cook the soil. Definitely sounds easy to mix and then clean up and put away. I like the sound of that. Thanks for the walk though brotha! :high-five:

Sarge, I thought you were running autos? Forgive me if I am wrong, I've never grown autos, but I thought you did not have to "flip" them?

Sarge, Magoo and any other new brixxers, suggestion, save some of your current crops to compare to the high Brix crop. I know you can grow great produce with traditional nutes but the Brix produce is exceptional. This is advice someone gave me when I first started. Honestly, it's gotten better each grow.

I used the tarp to mix mine right in the dining room floor. Lol. Had less than a handful to sweep up after. I was careful though.

Hey OG. I really hope it's not bud rot! Sorry to be the one to bring that up.
 
Yeah, take a good look. Pull the bud apart and check inside. I don't like the look of that.

If bud rot, he should be careful about not releasing spores everywhere when inspecting, right Gray?
