Maybe your LED isnt enough. Ive pulled 12 dry cured oz per plant with LED but it looks like you need more light. 50 watts per square foot and your golden. LED, HPS or Induction will grow amazing plants but they need enough of it.

Agreed. Def minimum 400w per 4x4 for me. More light is key to more bud ;)
 
Ok we'll add more light. At the 50w per square foot we should have 400w, our tent is 2x4. Should we get another "400w" COB fixture.
That's put us as a real 500w.

If only you could see them face to face lol. They're frosty for sure. But they're all popcorn size...
