DNA Lemon Skunk Hempy Grow

I'd leave 'em be unless they get limp, but you could pop one out at a time to peek at the others if you can't stand the suspense. I never can.
trippy leave action, and on two different strains. cool

I mean,, uh,... I don't think they can be saved, better send them to me and I'll dispose of them safely over the next few weeks.RoorRip

In my professional opinion they look copacetic Sisco. I like leaving mine alone as much as possible too, they seem to do much better that way.

When can you start taking clones? And when you're taking clones from a clone, when do you start doing that and where do you take them from? I don't imagine you want to clone the original growth or the funky 3 finger leaves? :peace:

Hey T, It just started, looks like another half a foot to cover up the ice..
Lucky for us our neighbor up the road plows us out 2 or 3 times, I think he's got insomnia or is a workaholic . My lazy butt just watches from the window.

He does a great job :peace:

You want to smoke my leaves? No man, I'll come over with a limb off of every strain I got. :rollit:

My first clones are in the bags, just found some good roots on a couple. Will transfer them tomorrow to cups.

This is what I look for, I wait till the first set of branches get big enough that they are producing enough nodes to clone more than once, but taking only the top clone and leaving the rest of the stem with the new tops that are coming in, and work my way up the plant, doing the same. I'll say that from seed you can start getting clones off her in a month.

Thanks buddy I'll just watch you. Girls are looking really nice, I like that cloner. Seems like it's faster than just sticking them in a plug and perlite, do you know how long it will take for them to start growing again?

Thanks Blue, I think the Peat pellets I rooted my LS in took 14 days to have a couple roots, this method is said to have roots showing in as little as 7 days. I'll be here watching right with ya' so I'll pass you a toke of my quick dried NL and let me sample some of your 47 :rollit:

OH, re-read your last sentence. Did you mean, the mother plant or the clones?

The mother plant is healing nice and looks like the growth is still steady.

No I meant the clones, mine took about 2 weeks too. Would be nice to cut a week out of the process so we'll have to see how you do.

I don't have any 47 but I'll swap you some 48 :)

Nice clones Sisco, I would have never thought to use a ziplock bag as a humidity dome. Great job and even better thinking on that one my friend..

I can't wait to see your ladies.

Have a good one bro..

Hey, Sisco. Great grow. I thought I had checked this out not too long ago, but I guess not b/c I dont' remember any of this. Must have been baked and took a wrong turn somewhere. lol. So how did you clone the cuttings that just rooted? Were those from the cloner you made? Your clones look way healthier than mine, btw.

:welcome: Airavata, so you dazed and confused, lol. No problem, you found your way in, there's no turning back :skeptical:

To answer your question on my clones, I started them in a humidity dome, they sat for a couple of weeks in there and most of them died from lack of humidity.

So I took the survivors and some Freezer bags, rinsed some hydrotone in a gallon of ph'd water, 1/4 tsp superthrive and half a cup h2o2 . I sprayed the rockwool with the same solution and put them in a net cup with the Hydroton below, set my cutting in and back filled, stuck them in the bags, misted the inside of the bag and plants. They've were in there for about 2 more weeks, I just open them every day to check on the roots situation.

Thanks again for hangin out bro.

Looking good buddy. Mine took forever to grow root too, I'm looking to speed things up this time if I can. I think our friend Bandit knows some tricks.

Thanks Blue, patience is still something I'm working on, these plants are teaching me how to mellow out :tokin:

Time Bandit..oh uhm, I mean Bandit420 has that fancy Dolorian Time Machine kickin'.

Well, I wanted a small vid. but ended up with a little movie :smokin:

Great update Sisco and funny too lol! Quite a description of the papaya's odor. And I thought you were going to snap that first branch right off the lemon skunk.... thanks I needed that :)

You're gonna be a real happy camper soon, they're all looking phat. I think the LS will be closer to 3 than 2. Too bad about that root rot but they've all budded up nicely. How much longer you think for them?

:tokin: Thanks Blue, I really don't know how much longer but they should all be ready around the same time, if I go by 12/12 time, that would be at end of the month. If I go by flower time it's a week to two more.

I still haven't checked on trichomes since I'm targeting the end of the month.Next update will be a week from now, Monday the 31st, I'll check them then.
