DK'S New Grow 2020

Penny beat me to the CMH recommendation. I’d I used HID it’s the direction I would go
It does seem to be intriguing. I have never really looked into actually obtaining one. I've seen them but not in action just on the shelves

There are supposed to be an upgrade from traditional hid. Providing a broad spectrum of quality light. I have seen them in action and it definitely produces dense buds.

but it’s your decision. :high-five:

Morning boetie I agree with mr.Penny blurples are so 1995 era....haha not that I've ever used a blurple...
Out of all those lights you showed if my choice/$$$ go for what Preston has although those aren't via any local outlets in country or lastly that last light but I'm more of an LED fan....

What caught me out in beginning was also grow lights cause they were expensive period so I used cheap chinese LEDs r100 a shot and saved and got my first qb light from growopz and well worth every penny..

If and before you decide to purchase a light have a look at some of the stuff being locally made as I see lights advertised at 1000w or 800w or whatever watt it actually is but 3/4 of what they advertise isn't truth once you plug and play, at least locally if you buying a 500w led you know it's 500w.

Meet Manny Warren my new favourite person locally I just haven't told him yet or used him yet piggy bank won't let me ...........yet... I've been eyeing out his work since last year and seen some flowers on social media being grown under his lights and OMG is all I can say, reminds me of Prestons Mars lights...

Hey buddy! Shit yeah I see now... And hey leave my blurples hahaha when they retire I can send them off to a strip club...

So I'm thinking for the time being I will buy another copy of my light and have about 320w or so draw. That's about minimum from what I grasped last night (Was dead tired). I will save up for a proper one. Maybe I can pull a few strings to make an investment plan to pay for the light at a lower price from my wallet haha.

Those lights look really cool but are they not like cool whites? Most I see have a yellow warm tinge to it. Really epic to have lights like that!

I think I'm officially done with DWC... Fuckers got amazing root growth yes but there is still murky water and slimy kak floating about like a public pool. Will be buying necessary coco and repotting after I trim dead roots.

That's why I " officially " will never try DWC after that glowing recommendation.....

That specific light thoughdesigned to bloom/veg I'd rather veg under it to be honest, but his lights do come with that yellow glow you mention boetie...

Ya get a similiar light for now or a the same blurple 50wx 6 from China mall and save 3/4 you going to spend.

So who knows about brewing tea's... I have heard very little about them but hear amazing benefits...

Instead of buying a new light you should see if the light can be shipped to you or not. If not then maybe look into buying a new light :thumb: Just my opinion
I am brother. I have already contacted them on 420mag but will mail them soon, but I was paid back and have a Lil extra. I can finish off my grow with a better amount of light and will hopefully work til I need a better one.

So just got home.... Time to start rehydrating coco and prepping the pots.... The translate shall commence!

Good luck on the transplant DK
Thank you brother. I'll be sure to take pics. Quick question. Will rooting hormone sprinkled lightly in the crater I will pot in work?

An AACT is an “Actively Aerated Compost Tea” and is used in organic gardening to return nutrients to the soil and increase the micro herd (fungus, bacteria and protoza) in your soil. Organics require the micro herd to break down organic matter and make the nutrients available to your plants.
