Easy Kismet! You can use a crock pot (small one of you're doing a small batch) or a jar in the oven. Stir the crock pot, shake the jar in the oven (I aim for every 30 mins). Around 160º for 8 hours is a good number. Decarb first.

Just got allot in my plate taking this new job. I'm doing a whole shop makeover and trying to get contractors organized and still keep production going and that's become a pita. The new owners said it's my shop and has given me one hell of a budget to get it the way i want it but want things done by right after the new year. After that things should settle down some. I hope. Lol
