that doesn't make sense to me.... But what do I know.... why sponsor a contest if you aren't going to honour the winner/ings.... Can you send the order to someone south of border and have them forward it to you? Or give your winnings to another member if you can't collect the prize? Seems like the sponsor gets the better end of the deal when they wouldn't have anything to sponsor without us members....

Shipping to Kanukistan is spendy from the USA, I've done it in my past life, so I understand the Sponsors challenges in that aspect, it's why it's noted in the rules. They also stopped the gifting, which kinda makes sense too, be a pain to try and send 6 of 10 items to 5 different peeps
But, they should ship what is available and noted in the winnings ASAP

i won in march and same story .... and they only want to accept payment for shipping via paypal .... im in EU ... but at least they spoke to me ... the other sponsors that contributed a prize didnt even answer my outreach to them ...Seems that the growant light they're sponsoring with has been out of stock since newty won JOTM back in June.
hmm ... 420mag sends pay on collect shipping ...why cant the others do that ???

Well glad I said something now. I just don't get why you can't get a response when you do contact them. I'm in the USA and can't get a few seeds since March? Really? Can't email me back? Might have to give Teddy a shout out and see what he might think.

didn't mean to ruffle feathers. But that bugs me, no integrity anymore in the world.... We have to be careful what we say/post for the sponsors sake, but they can't respond/work with the members to hold up their end of the bargain?

Sometimes getting a hold of a moderator can work, I had a situation where the person I was speaking to wasn't the same individual Teddy was talking to. We got that one cleared up.

as my old man always told me, don't ignore your problems or they'll never go away. Common sense/courtesy is a thing of the past it would seem.
"Ignore delete" is the new courtesy.
You would think that the sponsors would want to support the winners with quick turnaround so the publicity is good in the winner's thread. Doesn't seem that way a lot of the time. Instead we end up talking about shitty customer service and that can really outweigh the benefits of being a contest sponsor.
Sometimes sponsors only have one person take care of social media matters so if you talk to someone else they'll have no clue who you are or what you want.

Sponsorship deals can be a double-edged sword if you're not on your game.
Aaaaaand.... they have a pretty swank deal with ad space on 420 Mag.

Yeah! 5 months for seeds or 3 months for a light seems kinda like you're asking for some complaints here. Don't sponsor if you don't want to give your stuff away for free.
Agreed I use sponsers for seedbanks, nutz, bongs and more now to support the great site! Nutz I may have found myself but seeds....only thanks to 420Mag for my last 5 seed orders from our sponsers.
