Ya I get cornfused, the DWC this g has me thinking ppm/ec/tds

I use my tds pen and I'm usually around 600-900 ish

This is why I use EC. It's the constant and if you are taking to someone and tell them to be feeding 700 ppm (parts per million) and he's using a meter that's set up for TDs (total dissolve solids) and he measures ot 700 TDs he's actually feeding at over 1000 ppm which will fry his plant.
1 EC = 500 TDs
1 EC = 700 ppm

It's fine if you can get away with high EC but I always seem to encounter problems at higher levels.

How many inches away you got those 120s derb man? Apparently my one stankberry is still growing.... and is only 4 inches or so from the light

My 120's I can let them touch them. The 260 kits and there toast that close.

I run about 600 TDS nutes in veg and close to 1000 in full flower. I'm a more-is-more kinda guy . Might just be the Fox Farms nutes though.

I normally keep my 260's around 24" above the tops, I get nice high ppfd and great coverage and penetration.

Not neglect just technical issues that were overlooked for a few days. Lol

Running a lower EC I find the plants will respond quicker if things come up. Running high leaves them with other issues to deal with.

I don't really. I stop the Open Sesame and the Armor Si in the last week or so but they don't change the TDS much. I feed until I chop.

Last summer the tap water was around 110 TDS, so now it's doubled and it's 8.4 pH as well. Goes to over 9.0 after a day in the bucket!

I generally feed my girls 1/2 strength GH Flora series, and recommend strength of rhino, Kool bloom, Terpinator, hydroguard, and z7

Usuy 600-900, high end in veg, low end in flower, I think...lol
