Hey D I have question

There is so much info out there about indoor grows. U do a fabulous job so I need ur advice.

If u could list for me the items I will need to set up.a tent
I want a 4x4 tent and want led lights. That is all I know.

So much to learn....so many journals to follow

Also Dennise what kind of budget am I actually looking at to do it right. It will vent right in the room. I have two living rooms and two dinning rooms so I will be putting the tent in one of those rooms....both huge....I will need to scrub the air towards the end of grow before it comes out the tent cuz they smell strong then I ever imagined. Before I see them I smell them.

Also I am looking to just grow autos right now so I don't have to have separate lights and tents.

I'm going to jump in here red and just tell you what I put in my GR and what current advertised prices are.

Mars-Hydro 4x4x7 tent. $127
M-H Mars II 900 LED 349
6 in fan & carbon filter 125

So that's roughly $600 plus tax and shipping. I forgot whether any of vendors would cut you a deal and there's plenty of places to shop. Of course there are always stuff you have to have like electrical cords, 6 outlet surge protectors, 6 in ducting and such. There's always a "something" out there that you have to have. Anyway...look at the first page of grow journals and see what people are using and go price it out.

You are so sweet... I would start with the lights... and I would go with Mars-Hydro... There are better lights out there but for the money and the customer service IMO they rock... Sara is a great person to deal with and will handle any issue that comes up as quickly as possible... I however have bought well over 20 lights from her now and I have never had the first issue....... I have several Mars II's 400's and a Mars II 1200... All excellent lights but I prefer my Mars-Hydro reflectors much better.... They do not run near as hot and they are exactly what they sound like... they reflect the light back... The Mars II's simply have a piece of glass over them... The reflectors do not so you get more light with less heat and I like the spectrum.... In a 4x4 tent I would think along the lines of (3) 96x5w or (2) 144x5w's... I like having more units so you can hang them where you need them or at an angle... I run a 96x5 and a 48x5w in my 2' veg tent and a 144x5 in my 2'3" bloom tent...
I don't worry about the smell... I like it but I do have fans and filters... I just don't have them up... You will need to decide what kind you want... I will have to go back through the journal to see what the brand was in my 4' tent...(I am not currently running that tent) but you will need a controller, fan and filter.... You are going to need a timer, rH and temp gauge, and of course a good electrical cord and several small fans for circulation... You might also need a fan for out take and intake... You can see if passive air flow will be enough before worrying with those... I don't use a fan and filter... I have fans inside my tents and that is it... I keep the tent zipped up and they run in the high 70's... I do however have a window unit a/c in my grow room that runs non-stop even when the central unit is going....
You already have your pots and grow stuff so that should be about it... I'm sure I have forgotten one or two things but that is the bulk of it...

I would decide what I want as far as lights and tent and get that set up and going then worry about the fan and filter since you won't need to worry about it till flower... I can't even begin to tell ya the money it will cost... If you plan it correctly... I did not... you should be able to get it all under a thousand for sure... I didn't.. I did everything back asswards and spent a huge amount of money on crap I will never use because I didn't do my homework on the front end so good job.......

Magic man... Ain't that the truth... Every time I think I have everything I will ever need I see something else I absolutely have to have..........

Sorry it took me so long to reply... I'm not getting any notices anymore... I had to completely dump my computer the other day so I guess I did something so I have to go back and figure out how to get my notices back... Just got my tub back and as soon as the gooey stuff dries I can clean it up and take a friggin shower... I can smell myself... Hope everyone has a blessed and green day....

No.. I had a wonderful guy that sent me the controller and tank but I don't think it is necessary in my little grows at the house... I do think if you are growing larger and in bigger tents... It would be very beneficial.....

Oooh what strain??

The Chocolate Mint OG... I'm for real too... She is 3 x the size of the other bean popped at the same time... It is one of the ones from Haze.IO and to be honest... I'm having trouble with everyone of them I have popped or tried to pop... It is one of the BB Truthband or whatever they are called and it may be the blueberry in it that makes it smaller and harder to pop... I've had issues with every blueberry thing I have grown... Anywho.. The Choco Mint looks like it is going to be as vigorous as the Mango Sapphires and they are absolutely amazing... I just put the last one of those in the flower tent and with no training what so ever she has a perfect canopy and her limbs... if the bud are heavy enough to need these babies they are going to be monsters...........

Hideho... I haven't gotten to the girls here yet... Actually I think I'm gonna chop the Buzz Light Gear... She's at about 10% and has pretty much stopped drinking so I think she is ready.. and I went out to the shack and it's not near as bad as I was told... She's kinda out there and you think I'm easy to freak... Anywho I stripped them like pole dancers again and checked them bud for bud and didn't find the first one... I did look at the couple of nugs she had pulled off there last night and I think they were backing out and dying due to the SNS rosemary stuff... They did leave that nasty stuff but it was less than half a nick so no big deal... I did take a box of moth balls and threw them around just so I would feel like I had done something constructive and like I said there is hardly a leaf left on any of them and I check each individual bud... pistol by pistol.... I did remember to take my camera too....... Oh the pics of the 3 in the tent are the 3 G-13 girls and have been in bloom for 7 days....

OK I decided to put a halt on the chop of the BLG... I looked at her inner growth and it is still green... really green so I pulled her apart a bit and gavve her a good drink of water and put her back in the tent... Everybody got a drink so this should make ya happy Tead... Everyone in the tub for a rub a dub dub from the bloom tent.....So this is what I got.... The Sweet Critical... Mango Sapphire... Buzz Light Gear and the new Mango Sapphire that was just put into flower.....

OK that's everything I got ... except the reveg... I will try to get my lazy butt back up and get a shot of her... She is really cute... I will admit she kinda amazes me... The nights are already kinda cool here and she is budding up nicely but she too is getting a wormy thing from time to time so she has been getting rosemary SNS every time I have had to water her... It stormed here yesterday all day so this evening I will give her another dose to make sure she didn't get washed out... I believe that is the only thing saving her and the fact that she is in my back yard and I am so anal.... I check her first thing in the mornings when I let the dogs out and in the evening before dark so when I have found 1 it hasn't had time to do much damage... and hopefully it will be over within the next 4 weeks... She is pretty small and compact... The gift that keeps on giving........
