Dennise - No Longer The Newest Of Newbies - Not Growing In MG - Perpetual

The Tut and Olivia needed to be watered today so I took a few pics...;) Tut is 47 days in flower and Olivia is 56 days old and I will most likely chop Olivia tomorrow... I am seeing some ambers now and they seem to be coming on pretty fast so by tomorrow or Sunday I think she should be ready...:yahoo: it's been so long since a harvest around here I'm really getting excited... After Olivia the Tut should only be a few more weeks and the Sugar Mango auto should be around the same time so things are getting back to normal...:high-five:....:circle-of-love:

She has a purple strain in her... She is really purple too... Kinda freaky looking if you ask me but it seems to be the current rage... To be honest with you... I popped this bean by accident... I was separating them out to get the one I wanted to pop and when I was putting them away I grabbed the wrong one but she has turned out to be rather interesting...:)...:circle-of-love:

Dennise, the accidental popper! Good morning there. Give Titty Tat a scratch from the Dr. I see her hiding in the tub again! And it seems that Fella and i use the same shaving cream. Old Spice and Barabasol, shows my old fashion streak right there.

Love the morning tub shots!
Bob ;)

Thanks Doc and Super...I've got a question for you guys... I went to the city yesterday to get ProMix HP and the lady mentioned it and I noticed it... but the packaging looked different... but it was in an all white wrapper and said ProMix HP then it had CC under that... I had no idea what that meant but it had everything I needed in it and the lady at the hydro store said it was the same thing... Well it isn't...:thedoubletake: I had enough of the original ProMix HP left to make up a batch of the flowering soil so I did that because I knew it would be the first one I will need next and just in case this other is way off base I will be OK until I can get the ProMix without the chunk coir in it.... I did then get fella to mix me up a batch of the veg soil with the ProMix HP/CC using just like I would if it was the ProMix HP... in the list of ingredients the only difference listed is the addition of chunk coir with the peat moss... so my question is does it matter.. I took pics of everything I use in my soil and the mixing process but I just want someone to tell me it is going to work just fine... it actually looks much prettier and richer but on the other hand it looks a lot richer... and does the CC give it something I'm not thinking of... I've never grown in chunk coir and actually the only folks I have ever followed that I can remember are not here anymore... Anyhow any advice would be appreciated....:Namaste:...:circle-of-love:

Don't think it hurts, coir is neutral and will not mess up your soil.
I kinda figured that was the case...:thanks:....:circle-of-love:
I would think you would be ok with the coir. The grows I've seen using it were watered more often with almost full strength nutes; mainly because the coir lacks any (or has very little) nutrient value.
Well it has the mycos, wetting agent, pH adjuster (lime I think) and 70% - 80% peat moss and the only difference is the added chunk coir so hopefully it will work the same... The ammendments I added are the only nutes they will get... It's a living organic soil....:circle-of-love:
Woo tut is beautiful. Nice structure and great Nuggs. Can't wait for some close ups at harvest time.
Thanks Shiggity... She is one of my favorite too... She is supposed to be really good smoke and a good producer so we shall see...:high-five:....:circle-of-love:

I would think it would be fine as it is just another inert material with similar properties. In fact it would be interesting to see if it is better! Love how green things are there, still frozen and cold up here!

:high-five:

I kinda think you are right Doc and to tell ya the truth... it makes the soil so much prettier... it looks so much richer and it feels like silk... I kinda wish I had used it for the bloom soil now but if I had it would have sucked so it worked out....;)
It has been beautiful riding weather here but that all ends tomorrow... low tomorrow night is 20...:yikes: everything is in bloom so hopefully it won't last long... they are even calling for snow but the highs are well above freezing so it would only be here for a minute... I'm truly ready for spring to stay...:circle-of-love:
