Dennise - No Longer The Newest Of Newbies - Not Growing In MG - Perpetual

Whoa doggy girl! Some bodacious buds there. Every time I think you're knocking it out the box you turn around and show me you still have more tricks up your sleeve. Congrats again.

OK here's the auto Sugar Mango... these were taken yesterday so she was 45 days from pop... being grown in the M-H 2'8" tent under a 96x3 and 48x3 reflector M-H.....:circle-of-love:

We start counting days when we put our rockwool cubes in soil so they're about the same age; 38 days plus a week in rockwool is 45 days. So far that's one difference we can say we've found doing this side by side:
Training delays autos from flowering.

:goodjob:Just don't smoke it all up before cure. Also since you're going with the oil, don't even THINK of making oil with it before the cure!:thumb:

Beautiful plant/harvest. But stop fast drying it. You'll finish it before it has cured and become MAXIMO JACKIE.:Namaste:

Sorry for the really zhitty quality of the pics but my camera is so sticky from taking harvest pics for the last 2 years that I can't get it clean anymore..... I have used mineral spirits and alcohol to try and get it off... especially the lens... but it's just not working very well... if anyone has any suggestions on how to get the resin off the camera please let me know.......:circle-of-love:

Dennise, try rubbing alcohol on a q-tip to get the resin off. Just don't soak it, you don't want it to get it soaked into the motherboard etc.
Sometimes a little lighter fluid on a q-tip helps get stickies off.
And believe it or not, a pencil eraser. ;-)

Excellent harvest!!! Those sticky finger pictures reminded me of a KFC commercial talking about finger licking good.

:circle-of-love:

Edit: Oops, I see you already tried the rubbing alcohol. Try the lighter fluid or eraser. Be real careful on the lens, you don't want scratches. ;-)

Oh and 1 more thing.... guess what I found on the last of the WWxMK.. BALLS....:whoa: Apparently I suck at guessing sex.....:circle-of-love:

Same thing happened to me on one of the outdoor girls. I called it female a week or so ago, it said "NOT!!" yesterday. LOL

Ah well.....you got to have both sexes to keep the world surving. :)

Very nice harvest Dennis and I see a nosey kitty in the background, has he/she stole any while you aren't looking ;)
Nope... Not yet... She is only about 9 weeks old and meaner than a yard dog so hopefully once she is old enough she will like it and it will calm her cougar side down.... I have 4 dogs so guess the meanness is a good thing but I look like I have been in a razor fight...:thedoubletake:.....:circle-of-love:

Finally found your grow...subbed for sure....I be looking forward to tagging along. OMM :high-five:
I am so happy you are here OMM...:yahoo: the journal is perpetual or at least I am trying to get it that way so we should have something going on most of the time.....:circle-of-love:
Hey D. How are you making out with your cloner? Did you start anything?:peace:
I accidentally pinched off a tiny limb and stuck it in there about 5 days ago... she was already in flower so it will take a bit linger if it does work but to be honest... I will be shocked if it grows legs... it was a tiny clipping and only 1 node... but we shall see.... my main reason for wanting the cloner is for when my PTW beans finally get here... I want to be able to clone them... I love that smoke and want to keep it continually in my garden...:)....:circle-of-love:

:thanks: I will try it today... I think if I used a razor blade I could get a couple of bongs off the camera...:)....:circle-of-love:

Can't live with em' and can't live without them...:thedoubletake:....:circle-of-love:

Dennise, I also wanted to mention that when you take pics you can tape a plastic sandwich baggie over the camera, just cut a hole where the lens is. Then the "stickies" go on the bag, not the camera.
Give that a try and see if it helps. ;-)

:Love:Dennise,

Just use Acetone on a rag or soft paper towel. It's safe on all the plastics I've tried it on, but be careful, of course, and test it out on a little spot not critical to the operation of the camera. It's way better than ANYTHING else, even bong cleaners (they usually contain acetone).

Peace young lady...:Namaste:

:circle-of-love:

Ps. Acetone will probably remove or at least f@#$%^&ck up any paint.

Quick update SM auto, day 24

The leaves below are light green, slightly yellow, could this because lack of nutes?
Forgot to start feeding near end 3rd week (roots - grow), soil provides 2-3 weeks.
Time spaced away :lot-o-toke:

You're fine Jazz, as long as the yellowing doesn't start working it's way up the plant.
