As far as light goes now I've got a Philzon 600w Led panel with veg/flower settings and the two 100w daylite led globe bulbs.
I've go my first plant which was bag seed in the tent for part of the day and her own special setup I'm working on with some warmer color temp lights(2700k)

It's all been one hell of a learning experience so far and I'm loving it!

Have you used the 600w panel before? Hows it work for you, im curious?

This is my first time using it but it's working really well it seems. For part of the day I put it on full blast(veg and flower lights on) and I come back to see obvious new growth and mmj my girls praying to the light gods happy as can be.

I'm using the Philzon brand panel and my only real complaint is that it needs some supplemental air flow when all the lights are on or else after about an hour or so it starts heating up a bit ( from 77.5 F to 81.6 F ). Temperature climbs slowly until I end up turning flower switch off.

Planning on fixing this before all my girls start flowing by adding another 6" inline fan to the top vent hole on the tent. So.... If you end up checking out one of the 600w panels I would recommend going ahead and getting the fans set up too.
 
Guess who's shipment of auto seeds just arrived! :cool:

My next steps:
  1. Calibrate pH meter
  2. Prep (Sanitize/Label) small containers
  3. Begin soaking Rockwool in properly pH adjusted water
  4. Place individual seeds in properly labeled container with proper pH adjusted water
  5. Wait impatiently for 24he's (give or take)
  6. Plant my new babies in their rockwool cradles under a plastic dome until they pop

The Kryptonite and Amnesia Gold are from Pyramid

Gonna let them soak for a bit more today, it was pretty late last night when I put them in.

Nice. The LSD was the darkest plant I've ever grown! I remember that the high was kind of relaxing but I kept wanting to go for walks. It also had a unique flavour like savoury hazelnut or some sort of exotic coffee. I really enjoyed growing it. With that grow i also grew the GSC from fastbuds. I nearly picked the green crack but didn't in the end. Their gorrilla glue was really good as well but I didn't like their crystal meth or mexican airlines. They were beautiful plants and good yielders but their high was so sativa that it kept me awake until the early hours of the morning. Not the reason I smoke!

Thank you so much for that AWESOME response. I love hearing realistic breakdowns of a strains effects and it's good to know they were enjoyable to grow.
The LSD-25 I got for those occasions that are entirely recreational because people have boasted about it's euphoric, psychoactive effects.
The green crack I got because it has worked wonders for me as a daytime strain in my profession.
The Kryptonite and Amnesia are for evenings primarily.

By the way im using the 900w version of your light in the 2x2x4 i have for the BBKa. Its on veg and bloom right now and it runs hot. So jusy becareful with temps. Thats why i got that beauty 24sams from TimberGrowLights :)

All 4 new auto seeds are now lying in their rockwool cradles, tapped em in the water and they sank like boat anchors :slide:

The starter cubes are sitting inside a tuppaware container with the lid on for my improvised humidity dome. They'll be closely monitored for signs of popping up so that lid can come off and the lights can come on.

The girls' names:
  • Amnesia Gold - Phoebe
  • Green Crack - Ivy
  • Kryptonite - Kara
  • LSD-25 - Alice
Let's G(r)O(w) girls! :cheer:
 
Got home today to find my girls looking good :ganjamon:

And I do believe I can confidently say that Winnie, and especially BAKky are doing very well with their training so far. BAKky is huge compared to yesterday!
