That red rosin sure looks pretty! Was I right? You are glad you bought your press? Good on you getting a nice dab rig right off the bat. Looking forward to when you do a hash run... cue runny Hashfart gags :laughtwo:

Bookmarked to try!! Thanks DD!

Cheers Rexer. It’s a good way to take a measured dose and a delicious way to keep your dose up. I had to spend a couple of days in the city this week with nowhere to smoke or vape.
:morenutes:
:ciao:Stable is rocking as usual! Hope all is well your way bubba!

Go:love:d to see you Sis!
I was wondering the other day if anyone has heard from mad uncle Norris lately?
Last I heard he said he was heading to the Yukon to collect his thoughts or some such. I ask you how in the world do you think his thoughts made it all the way to the Yukon while leaving him completely behind?! It strikes me it must be like Grand Central Station up there with all the people trying so hard to get away from it all! But then, no-one was there to see him get on the plane was there?
I’ve just wondered ever since.
Did he ever tell you the story of how he was defrocked for nicking antique silver from the church? Truth was he was never even a priest. Morals of a cat.
In a small, mean, selfish way, Sis I’m kind of glad of this pandemic if it means the family can’t get together for xmas. It’s a silver lining to the thing. I couldn’t stand another one like last time. What a bunch!
Be well

Hey 420

Excuse the family admin.
I hope every good with all is one.

Here are some sketches I made of things to come...

At last! After six weeks and looking very ratty tat tatty - finally - roots :slide:
I didn’t doubt it for a minute
I doubted it for weeks.

And here she is after a bit of a lollypopping today, a feed (yay for water-only!) and a citric acid foliar spray.

She is 3’11”

Keep it easy.
Take it real.
:peace:  :snowboating:

Yes dd I'm really enjoying my rosin press , I will do a full wash of hash with my blueberry then give it a smooosh ,,,,, the dab rig is just ok I'm still not a fan of the whole torch carb cap thingy ,,,, I smeared alot on a small Cuban cigar and really enjoyed that , maybe I'll find a quality vape pen thingy from a sponsor ,,,,,,"I didn't doubt it for a minute I doubted it for weeks" I love the honesty dd hahahhaa I think we all appreciate you sharing the cookie recipeI,,, showed the old lady and looks like I might be eating cookies in the future as well !

I'm still not a fan of the whole torch carb cap thingy ,

I know someone in the crew - @BakedARea I think - got an enail from @DabPress
Seems like a good way to get your temps right and your eyelids tight ;)

I might be eating cookies in the future as well !

I’ve run out again. I knew what to do about the munchies for a while there.

I know you can use the citric acid for mildew. What else is it used for?

Here I use it in a spray against powdery mildew. I use it for washing harvests too. Here is a photo of the citric acid wash after cleaning a couple of plants. It’s why I wash.

I see you can also use it for making jam and other kitchen things, but these are the uses in the garden.

I’ll also use the spray for spot cleaning in the tent instead of bleach. Sometimes.

That's funny me and baked area discussed the e nail , he sent me a link to it on dab press , I think it plugs directly to my dab press and I can get just the e nail ,but I'm not spending money the tranny went in my wife's grand Cherokee and I'm in no mood for that , I've done a couple automatics and it sucks takes up space in the entire garage I got it pulled just sitting on the floor and I'm really considering taking it into the city to one of the many transmission shops , I'm tired of playing Mr fix it on the weekend and I just dread doing autos

Sorry to hear about the Jeep. Sounds like a few skinned knuckles coming up.

They may have a new system, IDK, but I think the enail comes attached to its own head unit. They look like the cables should plug and play, but dabpress started hardwiring them in place evidently because too many stoners were bending the pins on the plugs. Whaddaya gonna do?!

Does the spray hurt the pistols? I hear some use it as an insecticide. Thanks :peace:

Notes from the Stable

Hey 420. I hope all is well with you all. Of course I know it isn’t. I’m not completely insane. But even so. I still hope all is well with you all.

Housekeeping in the stalls.

I’ve been emptying jars.
Here endeth the Stable stores of Hulklato, C99 x Blueberry, Alaskan Purple, SAGE n’ Sour. They served me the best they could and now the best thing (since sliced bread!) they can do is this...

I padded a couple of pucks with White Widow and Girl Scout Cookies. It’s delicious too. I feel like I should tidy up more often. (You won’t tell @Sugarleaf ?)

Happy gardening
:peace:

I thought I was over with Jonesing over squishes when Grandpa Tokin moved on, nope :thedoubletake: looks like I'll have to settle for fresh baked bread in the morning. I'm totally jelly over this
full

:theband::yahoo: :thumb: :woohoo:

I’m amazed how good it tastes, d1. It’s smooth and pure and jam packed with goodies.

This is always a great place to visit

:thanks:

Pierogi is giving me the stink eye for trying to take her elk chunk away

I think you’re getting off lightly! I hope you gave it back?!

:morenutes:

Hey Stablisers

A few highlights from the week that was.

Sour Bubba

I’ve finally flipped her! A cutting arrived at the same time as my GSC’s were kicking off and she hit something of a bottle neck.

She’s another one bred by Katsu Bluebird - like the Bubba’s Sis.

She is three feet tall.

I haven’t tried this one yet. :nerd-with-glasses:<— I’m much more excited about it than that guy.

Chemdog’91

While I still have a little bit left I’m keeping a lid on it in case of emergency. It really is medicinal :meditate:
:dude-knocking: knock on wood I have just climbed down off another mountain of pain. It has been new and different this time to have something there as a go-to when I needed it. I will fill every empty jar I own eventually.

Veg

It’s been a good week in the Stable getting a workflow going. Tidying up a bit.

I sifted 75 litres of soil and set some enzymes to work on it. Another month or so and it’ll be good to go again with a little perlite added.

I took all the clones from the nursery and transplanted them. Down on the right side you can see them boost when they find their feet.

Chemdog’91 in the centre there. Topped and supercropped and chugging away.

Here in the nursery are a few cups of Sour Bubba cuts, an OG Kush and some GSC’s - one, a reveg in perlite looks like it could go either way. And a couple of backups from splitting some multicups the other day.

I’ve got more pictures. You might need a cuppa. I’m making one and rolling another GSC joint.

Speaking of GSC, I have to thank a sponsor. When I was accepted to join in the GSC comparative grow @GeoFlora Nutrients sent me some of their product and it has been brilliant!

It soon will have done everything it was supposed to for the Cookies as I only have one left in flower.

If you haven’t come across Geoflora Nutrients they are granules you sprinkle on your pots fortnightly and that’s it. It really is all you have to do. When you water these plants you really only just use water.

GEOFLORA NUTES

There is one formula for veg and one for bloom. It is organic.

Honestly the most difficult thing about using this product is remembering whether this is a feed weekend or not a feed weekend.

Okay, and figuring out how many tablespoons of it to use with which sized pot. After that it’s a cakewalk.

Once I’d figured out that there would be some left over from the GSC run I made a few guesses at other things I could use it for and here they are...

White Widow

I repotted her. @GeoFlora Nutrients recommend preparing your soil with their gear ahead of time. I’m here to say it’s a very forgiving regime and I never fussed with anything like that. She needed three tablespoons for her new pot size and this being a feed weekend and there being only 1½ tablespoons left, I flipped her and made up the difference with bloom nutes.

I haven’t added calmag (or anything) to this feed system for any of the GSC’s and it has been plain sailing.

If you haven’t tried it and you are looking for nutes to try - organic, stress-free gardening awaits. Look these guys up.

She is 20” tall.

Also on GF + H2O is one more GSC and this one...

Star Killer OG

A glimpse behind the hay bales here at how I keep an even canopy. On the GeoFlora Nutrients are a Girl Scout Cookies in the ten litre white bucket front left and the Star Killer OG in the 35 litre bag on the right.

Here they are side by side. The colour difference must be genetic because everything else has been the same for them.

And with Sour Bubba and White Widow back in front.

Are you still here?
:passitleft:
Well done!
That’s all for now.
:peace:

Hey 420

I hope all is good?

Hey mold isn’t just a problem for flowers. When I had too many vegging plants in my tent and not enough airflow, well... I was planning a tidy up anyway.

The only kicker (apart from kicking myself) was my OG cut! There was fuzz on the main stem which had turned from green to brown. It was dead. Damn. I’d only run it once and really enjoyed it. And how in HeeHaw’s name was I going to tell @Dohc007 what happened?! Argh!
A few days later I noticed a tip was green so I snipped it off and kept it.
Eight or ten weeks passed.
I’d been quietly rolling my eyes having blown my own winds of fortune so to speak, but good luck struck today...

:slide:

Phew! One of my favourites.

In other news. More of the same.

And it will be another few weeks before our next one is ready. The Star Killer in the back just started week seven. The Sour Bubba in the front is just starting week two.

Stay lit :snowboating:
