Plants look good Db. Sorry about the other light. That sucks. And As far as the heat goes. Im right there with ya. Its getting hot outside and its even hotter in my building. Its 95F in my tent right now. I got fans going full and fans in the room going. But its just hot in the building. I am starting to think that I may not be able to have a successful grow on this one due to heat. I mean they look fine now but I havent went to flower yet. So ill be budding hard in July, the hottest part of the year. No telling what My temps are going to get too. I may just have to start growing in fall, winter and spring and skip summer. How do you like that mammoth P microbes. I seen some Earth Juice Microbes, Called zeus or something. I thought about getting it but it was pretty $$$. I would like to get some beneficials tho to start mixing with my EJ tea.

Oh I hear ya on the meds. And for you and your mom. Same here. Except she doesnt know anything about me growing. I just told her I bought it. But I say I might not grow in summer because Im not even sure My girls are gonna survive it. My tent got up to 99F yesterday. I got my vent fan full blast, a wind machine in the room going full blast, and a regular square fan in the room also. Plus my small clip fan in the tent. Im pretty sure cannabis can survive that kind of heat. But I already am getting tacod leafs. Im assuming its from the heat. Light might need to go up another inch or 2 but Im pretty sure its the heat. I looked up that Mammonth microbes. I am wanting to get some beneficials to start adding to my EJ tea. But DAMN its high. The Earth Juice Bio Zeus is high too. Im just a poor boy. Lol (everything I can do not to type the rest of that part of the queen song)

time for another update I just gave my bubbas gift some of the roots organic nutes I made two gallons they each got one it was ph. to 6.5

so far this grow has had its ups and downs that's for sure I know I will never grow two plants in 7 gallon pots in soil in this size of a tent the humidity is just way out of control

it does better with two 3 gallon pots or one 5 gallon pot I'm not sure how it would do with coco in 7 gallon pots but I bet it would be just as bad

not sure how much longer this grow has to go but as soon as its done I will move two of my autos I have in my closet grow to this tent to finish out I dont like the way the closet grow is with six plants I like it better with just four in there

as of now I only have one of my tents and my closet grow going right now when it cools off after summer I might try to have both tents and the closet going at the same time but that's still a long ways away

the canopy on this grow is so thick its crazy I hope I can get a good yield but what ever I get I will be happy I am proud of all my plants that I have grow big and small its a great hobby one that I never want to give up that's for sure

hello out there growers just a quick update I just gave my two bubbas gifts some plain water it was ph. to 6.5

these two bubbas gift are in day #41 of flower and one of them looks like I could be ready to start the flush the other one looks like it will take a bit longer

Humboldt Seed Organization says this strain can finish in 6 to 7 weeks since its a heavy Indica dominant strain

at this point I am not sure I want to give the one that looks ready to start flushing any more nutes its the one on the left by the way I took a bunch of pics with and without the lights on to get a good view

I dont want to rush them but I do have some plants that I want to go in the tent as soon as they are done so take a look at the pics and tell me what you think am I crazy or does it look ready to start the flush

I do have a usb microscope some were I just have to find it I might pull the ready looking one out and look at the trichomes

but not today since I just watered them and there heavy I dont want to harvest yet just start to flush it almost all the hairs on that one plant are orange already the other one is just starting to turn orange

just the one that looks ready not both I might give another watering with nutes to the other one

quick update its hot and summer is about to start so its just going to get hotter and for people and growers that have A/C that's fine but for a broke grower that dont have A/C like me

plus I cant install one even if I could buy one because my land lord is a A-hole it sucks to grow in the summer but I wont let that stop me from growing at all

I just got a few 4 inch inline booster fans so I can use them as a active air intake for my grow tent and my grow closet I just started

there are only 100 CFM and pull 12 watts each I got two of them and installed one in my grow tent and my grow closet I did not have that much 4 inch flexible ducting so I just used what I had to get it working

I wanted to run it to the window so I could pull the fresh air from outside instead of just pulling the air from the room they are in but I will try and do that later when I could get some more ducting but for now I will just pull air from the room

its still better then just the passive air intake I had so now I got a bit of fresh air being pushed in to the grow tent and also in the closet it might not be much but its better then nothing

I had to take the plants out to install the fan in the grow tent which gave me a good chance to look at the plants I pulled off a lot of dead or dying leaves that were in spots that were hard to reach so that was a plus

so now I got a 4 inch active and passive air intake at the bottom of the grow tent and just a active air intake in the closet

I wish I took some trichomes pics when I had the plants out but its all good

hello everyone I just watered my two bubbas gift I gave them a gallon each of plain water it was ph. to 6.5 to continue the flush this will be the second watering I gave them with plain water

I plan on harvesting one and letting the other one go a bit longer but I will just keep flushing both of them

so I went to the grand opening of a green coast hydroponics in down town los Angeles today with my mom and my sister everything in the store was 45% off so I got 4 bags of coco and some nutes that I bought and some other stuff like a wall mount fan and some stuff for my friend

but the awesome part is that I just so much free stuff its fucking unbelievable between me my mom and my sister I must have got close to a few hundred dollars in stuff not sure but its a lot

what I paid for was 4 bags of California substrates coco a bottle of floranova bloom and a bottle of liquid Kool bloom and a bag of dry Kool bloom and I got a hurricane 16'' wall mount oscillating fan I got all that for $140 plus I got $20 cash back for doing a survey so I spent $120

and I spent $33 for my friend and got him some roots organic soil and some 5 gallon smart pots

now comes all the free stuff and boy its a lot I got so much stuff lets see I got a box of Emerald Harvest 2-Part Cali Pro Kick Starter Kit I got almost 2 full lines of nutrifield nutrients except for one bottle the pk booster and a few bags of nutrifield coco sample bags

I got some bloom nutrients yellow bottle I got 4 bottles in total one of each I got 4 bottles of botanicare rhizo blast and 4 bottles of botanicare hydro guard and some botanicare water proof key chains I got 4 bottles of general hydroponics floralicious plus and 2 bottles of general hydroponics rapid start

lets see I also got 3 heavy 16 nutrients sample boxes I got some plant success orca and great white mycorrhizae and some awesome trim scissors

last but not least I got four big 5 litter bottles of snoop's premium coco nutrients I got grow A & B and bloom A & B that are not released to the public for helping the guy take some stuff to his care so that was awesome

there are bound to be some stuff I forgot i would have not got all the stuff i got if it was not for my mom and my sister so big thanks to then for all the stuff they got and gave me

plus I got a bunch of hats a t shirts I gave then to my mom and sister and they gave me all the grow stuff so we all got stuff we liked there was a raffle at the end of the day but we did not win anything but we still got a ton of stuff so its all good dont forget the butt load of stickers and a few posters too

hello garden enthusiasts time for a update I just gave both my bubbas gift some plain water ph. to 6.5 they got a gallon each to continue there final flush I was going to give the one I am going to chop soon just plain water and not ph. water but I forgot and ph.ing is now a force of habit

this will be the last watering of the final flush for one of them the other bubbas gift I plan on letting it go for another week or so to ripen up a bit more

the first one will be chopped on day #50 or maybe #51 of flower they both are in day #47 of flower today

just took a few trichomes pics of the bubbas gift that I plan to harvest it has nice and cloudy trichomes all over and a few ambers so I took it out of this tent and put it in my empty tent so it can be in the dark till tomorrow when I harvest it in the morning

I will only be harvesting one of the bubbas gift I plan to let the other one go a bit longer and ripen up a bit more before I chop that one I might just let it go for another week while this one dries after I harvest it tomorrow

it will be harvested on day #50 of flower

hello everyone just got done chopping, trimming and hanging one of my bubbas gift it was just one plant so it did not take that long

the buds on this plant were not that big but most of them were hard as a rock so I hope that makes up for in size now that I got a good look at this plant when I was harvesting it I think it could have gone for another week easy but its ok I still have the other bubbas gift in the tent I have to water it tonight so I will do a update on that one then

this bubbas gift was harvested on day #50 of flower it came down just at the right time too because I just ran out of bud from my last harvest I still have enough for a few bowls but I will have to make it last or go and pick up from the clinic
