hello everyone time for a quick update on my blk seeds autoflower grow in super soil!

so I took one of my white widow autos from blk seeds that I wanted to harvest and put in my closet so it could be in total darkness for 24 hours before I chop it tomorrow its in day #80 from sprout today

I am also super happy that I still have my 4 inch exhaust fan in my closet hooked up that was left in there after I stopped using it as a grow space and use it now as my drying space so I turned it on full blast to lower the humidity as low as it can go for the next 24 hours

its the same plant that I took trichome pics of last week I took a few more trichome pics of it today and its looking great right where I want it to be I am still waiting for all the other plants to get to where I want them it might be another week or so for my other plants to finish up but its all good

lots of work tomorrow I got to water all my plants and flush another plant and last but not least I need to harvest the white widow auto well its not that much work since it only one small plant but will be fun

time for a update on my blk seeds autoflower grow in super soil!

what a glorious day I harvested my first plant of this grow it was in darkness for 24 hours before I chopped it this morning I just cut off the big fan leaves and some of the smaller one and chopped it at the base of the plant and hung it whole since its a small plant

I flushed another one of my plants today this time it was one of the sour diesel autos from blk seeds

for the flush I used about 8 gallons of plain carbon filtered tap water (filtered water not R/O water) it was ph. to 6.2 with a mix of citric acid crystals (natural ph. down) and ascorbic acid powder and sodium ascorbic powder (both are vitamin C powders) that I use as ph. down and a dechlorinator

I just gave all my other plants a watering I used about 3 gallons of plain carbon filtered tap water (filtered water not R/O water) that was bubbled overnight

it was ph. to 6.2 with a mix of citric acid crystals (natural ph. down) and ascorbic acid powder and sodium ascorbic powder (both are vitamin C powders) that I use as ph. down and a dechlorinator

these plants were not all started at the same time I had some germination problems so some of the plants are older then the others

I took the latest 2 plants that I flushed out of the tent to get a look at them and to check the trichomes on them the plants were one of the white widow autos from blk seeds and one of the sour diesel autos also from blk seeds there in day #81 to #82 from sprout today

they could be harvested now but I think I will wait a bit longer possibly another week since I want a few more amber trichomes on them not much more I can do but wait

so I decided to go ahead and flush all of my plants today except for the white widow auto I flushed 2 days ago it just got a watering like normal

for the flush I used about 8 gallons of plain carbon filtered tap water per plant (filtered water not R/O water) it was ph. to 6.1 and 6.5 with a mix of citric acid crystals (natural ph. down) and ascorbic acid powder and sodium ascorbic powder (both are vitamin C powders) that I use as ph. down and a dechlorinator

I also took one of the sour diesel plants and put in my closet to be in darkness for 24 hours before I chop it

after I got a good look at all of my plants I noticed that one of my plants main cola if a bit funky looking I think it might have got a bit of bud rot on the tips of the buds on the main cola I think it was because it was too close to the walls of the tent and got too moist but that's just speculation

you can see in some of the pics that the main bud is way too small I think it got stunted and has brown spots last time I had bud rot the whole bud fell off but its just that one bud all the other buds look great and swollen to boot so its not all bad

so i am down to six plant left in the tent and not much longer before they will be done too

so I harvested another one of my plants today I harvested the plant this morning it was one of the sour diesel autos from blk seeds I did not get a chance to take any pics of it yet I let it be in darkness for 24 hours before I chopped it

I had some friends over right after I chopped my plant and hung it and we started to get drunk I have a self imposed rule to not mess with my plants or my camera when I have been drinking

I had to learn the hard way I broke my last camera when I was drunk and I broke more then a few branches and killed a few seedlings before I wised up about not going in my grow tent when drinking lol

it was harvested on day #83 from sprout this pic is of the plant I harvested today this pic is from a few days ago but you get the picture no pun intended

I took another 2 plants out of my tent to be in darkness for 24 hours before I chop them it was one of the older white widows that I planned to chop and one of the sour diesel autos that I think had some bud rot just to be safe that way if it was bud rot it wont spread and infect itself more or other plants

so i am down to 4 plants left in the tent and not much longer before they will be done too

I just gave the other plants a lite watering since there still a bit moist from the flush from 2 days ago

I also trimmed and jarred the first plant I chopped in this grow the water has been super hot for the past week so the plant dried out way faster then I like but its all good

so I went ahead and chopped the 2 plants I put in my drying closet to be in darkness for 24 hours

it was one of the white widow auto plants I planned on chopping and the sour diesel auto plant that got a little bit of bud rot on it and I wanted to get it out of the tent just incase

I cut the buds off that were infected luckily it was not that much like half of a main cola and a few small side buds and put it to the side so it wont be in my drying room all the rest got hung to dry I dont think I lost that much so that's a good thing

I clipped of most of the fan leafs before I chopped the plants and hung them I wont lie it got me down when I seen I had a bit of bud rot but it comes with the territory of growing you can do your best but still have problems but its all good I only lost like 10 to 15 grams maybe less it could be worse

after I chopped my plants something was telling me to check on the plants in the tent and I am glad I did my sour diesel plant that has the biggest buds got too top heavy and bent the whole plants over I took some twine and used it as a brace to hold the plant up so all is well

another day another watering lol just waiting for these last four plants to finish up and get chopped a few of them look ready now but will wait a few more days I hope to be done with this grow by the first week of November so I can start my new grow

I also got a chance to get a weight on my first plant I chopped from this grow it was one of the white widow autos from blk seeds

I got 39.2 grams of pure buds and some trim I did not count these are not the biggest yielders but I love how solid the buds are I smoked a bowl of it this morning and its good stuff
