Darkscotia’s First Grow Room Farewell - High Brix - Florida Gold

Thanks fellas. These girls are my best go so far with the hb soil. This strain is loving the soil. Till this point I’m still only running light at half power which will be changing tonight. I figure another week of veg maybe then will go 12/12.
Hope everyone enjoyed there weekend. I’m finally done my yard prep and all my wifes chore list lol. I’m actually glad tomorrow is Monday. Wife’s back to work and no one can boss me around anymore.

The girls a day after transplant. All seem very happy in there new homes. This morning marks there first day of 12/12. Due to not growing this strain before and not knowing there stretch I’ve decided to bloom earlier then I wanted just in case.
Some pictures of all girls. Still have one girl in the tent still in her 1 gallon veg pot which I’m contemplating leaving in tent and growing in a smaller pot.

And the one still in her 1 gallon pot which I wanted to grow outside in a 50 gallon pot but with construction don’t think it would be great idea this year.

Local grow shop. Saucers I think are only $3 or $4 each. I think the ones that are for my 7s are only $2. I will have to check next time I go.

Are they sturdy Orr those cheesy clear lightweight plastic? The ones I got online are sturdy and deep enough to put 1/2 of the water/feed in. I'm set for a while!

They arent flimsy. They are probably an inch and a half to two inches deep and heavier black plastic. I will get a picture some time and send it to you.

I have used the cheap flimsy ones that are clear, typically found in china mart or your mega hardware stores. They work but are weak.

I now use the heavy duty ones that are more pricey, but worth it. I have some that are 25 inches diameter, the grow shop order them the wrong size and I decided to keep them. I use them for pouring my 5 gallon buckets back and forth when mixing drenches. Helps keep spills much cleaner. I also use them when transplanting or potting for the same reasons.

Those flimsy ones wouldn't be good for that sort of thing

Those saucers are spendy to ship for whatever reason
But same at my local grow shop they are like $3-5 depends on size

Any dimension over 12" on a package and the COST goes WAY up to ship, Still goes by weight but
once the 12 inch dimension is reached your into the LARGE PACKAGE additional cost plus most
online sellers make extra on shipping
