CHUNKY CHERRY THAI HARVEST UPDATE

6 days hanging in close to 60% rh brought this lady to the end. I'll be burping her twice a day for a couple of weeks for a nice cure.

What bud pic is most pleasing to your eye? I think I like the less trimmed one myself but I'm torn.

She did it in The Rev's soil with one feeding of Geoflora in flower in her less than one gallon pot
Wow! Thats impressive, and inspirational for those of us growing in small pots. Seems like the soil from The Rev is some pretty good stuff.

Great job on your "harvest." Sometimes seeds ARE what you want to find when you cut her down.

:goodjob: :cheer::green_heart:

I agree. Looks like something you'd find in nature if you didn't know better. The other one's nice too, but I like the more au natural one better.

Thanks Azi, I cut a ton of bud off her to keep her energy to the tops only. I think that helped, but definitely The Rev's soil is full of energy!

:yahoo: beautiful plants Otter! Totally gorgeous colas in every direction :yummy: Great to grow some of The Rev’s gear. It’s most likely the genetic work to develop them over time was all done in his soil, so they will be very at home at yours.

Awesome seedmaking adventures too - such envy for the garden space and physical capacity, I have! Not for the headaches tho - life’s not easily liveable with everyday heads - I really hope you get relief.

I‘d definitely go for the slightly rougher looking nug. butI barely trim at all so that’s more what I’d smoke ... makes it hard to decide which pic :hmmmm:
...they all are

He's written that before so good foresight Amy!

The seed making is fun. It's an edgy thing. It can blow the whole grow or make for a comfortable, fun future bank plus a good grow as well. Thanks for the good wishes Amy, We're doing what we can with the hands we've been dealt !

RED SKY HARVEST UPDATE

The tall lanky Red Sky became all milky with a few amber trichomes this morning so I swung the axe!

She never needed any string or net to hold her surprisingly heave colas up! Ok one pipe cleaner from the grow bag to the leaning branch you see and that's it! As I trimmed them I felt they were much stronger than any of my previous plants. I'm calling good genetics as I grew 4 plants from KOS and not all did this, so it was nothing I did I think.
Still standing, ya ya ya!

Not standing.

Have a great day!

Highya SO,

Love your Red Sky cola pics. She made some chunky buds! Great job! I like the bud pic with the less amount of trim. Seems to be the concensus. Have fun with the Red Sky!! Happy Vapin'

Hi Bode, I think the lesser trimmed one is my pick too. Hey, I got one Stankberry in the ground on June 2nd. It was pretty mature but still in a small pot. She's starting to get going, I'll take some pics next time I'm out.

Congrats on your harvests, Stone. The Chunky Cherry Thai is the one that I'd love to try. But, the Red Sky looks good, too.

What do you do with all the seeds you make?

Hey SO,

Have you ever tried THC-A for your headaches? There's a Dr. William Courtney who strongly promotes using the unheated bud. His research shows that, since there is no psychoactive effect, that one can use larger quantities and receive higher therapeutic impacts by using it that way. He recommends putting the buds into smoothies, but I generally use olive oil since I have a salad everyday for lunch and its an easy way to accurately dose. Plus, the resin will dissolve in the oil which makes it nice since it is not water soluble.

The THC-A attaches to different receptors in your brain apparently so might get at your headaches from a different angle. And trying heavy CBD varities for the CBD-A could increase the treatment landscape even further.

Might be worth a shot. I can say that for me, I sleep better, have fewer aches and pains, and it controls a medical issue I have that's similar to Crohn's disease.
