SO... my sorry to see the bugs. Please keep us posted for future reference. Ive only dealt with F Gnats from purchased soil, but a few handfuls of mosquito bits and a few watering knocks them out.

Hey Donkey, Cindy 99 has been on my list for a while. I'm psyched to have some to start! That neville's is keeping me curious. She grows like nothing else to date! Going for the elusive Piff flavor!I’m really enjoying the C99/Blueberry cross I’m running. Even with the tolerance of a donkey she isn’t one I want to hit too early in the day. (What am I talking about? Of course I do!) She really tastes good too and is a very robust and satisfying plant to grow.
Your haze looks like a lot of fun
Good call shining the Sierra spotlight in the sky. Until the cavalry arrive you might try a milk spray - I hear it does for those soft-bodied greeblies.
Great to see you twinsun! Mmmm that mango is so nice in a toke! I have some Somango seeds to work with in the future. I can't wait!nice lil join too
i still owe you a blunt of brooklyn mango
Good question Copper! The surface you see is the Geoflora feed on top of the soil. Kind of like a mulch as it feeds. It's soaked in the pic because i had just finished watering and that water had driven the aphids out and onto the rim of the pot. I don't know if it should be used exactly like that but I've had success not counting the aphids. Why's the top of the soil/nute poop so wet? I know nothing of top-dressing so....should it be like that?
Hi shed. I think so of the bits so first thing I did was use some Safer BT dust on them. Same active ingredient I think, or similar. I ordered the line of @Sierra Natural Science products so I'll have the tools in a few days to finish them off I hope.Damn otter, sorry about the bugs! Will mosquito dunks get rid of them since you can't pour H2O2 through without killing your herd? H2O2 would be my first suggestion otherwise.
That was Friday, and the next thing you know the author is dead. I should probably keep my mouth shut before I kill anyone else!

Hey cr8! I think these things are going to die like gnats. They have soft bodies like larva. I think the BT I put to work should inoculate the soil from them. A later dose of Sierra Natural Science to drench the soil and hopefully that will be that. Fingers crossed!SO... my sorry to see the bugs. Please keep us posted for future reference. I use it the same way Stoneotter. And it sure acts like mulch. It really ups water retention in the soil! The surface you see is the Geoflora feed on top of the soil. Kind of like a mulch as it feeds. I'm liking it a lot. The outdoor grow is going to be Geoflora this summer.I use it the same way Stoneotter. And it sure acts like mulch. It really ups water retention in the soil!
I killed Dio that way. Used him in a corporate power point presentation and he died that afternoon :<Damn otter, sorry about the bugs! Will mosquito dunks get rid of them since you can't pour H2O2 through without killing your herd? H2O2 would be my first suggestion otherwise.

I finished one plant like that so I think so. I gave me great buds! I'm planning on using it like that coming up soon.I killed Dio that way. Used him in a corporate power point presentation and he died that afternoon :<
@StoneOtter Oooo...I was reading that option on the bags BooWho sent. Can I top dress something like FFOF with these? I'm thinking about trying some autos because of one breeder and their stupid-sexy strain photos, but I also don't want to switch to something like coir just yet.
I have been shoving my head in the bags. The GeoFlora stuff smells soooo good. It smells organic. If it works as well as it smells I know it'll grow some great plants.
Hey there @StoneOtter,That's a mouth watering lineup! I'm thinking of a DTF too, and a Stankberry. I found a stankberry that really puts out and I made a mother of her. Possibly an auto or two. We'll see how my energy is then, I'm on the same energy tack as you I think. Your others sound yummy! I'm ready for some spring thoughts. Halucinogenic fun from the A13 sounds like a fine time to me. Vapin some cbd cream and cheese now. Not that invigorating buzz, but something for a sore body. Some shining silver haze in a while for that, my niece grew some and laid a jar on us last month. She's a peach! I helped her start growing and I'm glad!
Now that it seems more likely that the vermin are eating your young sprouts, if it were me, I'd cut that mouse open to verify. Yup... I'd do an autopsy.Hi dear, I was cleaning up another mouse in the garden I trapped! Last one was Friday, a week went by. Makes me wonder if this one was a new visitor. I think it was? It got 2 of 3 test sprouts in the trap area the little B! At least I can rule some things out that might be killing my starts.
I'm still basking in the comfort of having a potus with some of the values I find human and good for a change. Forgive me for not being over that yet and letting it go. Maybe tomorrow I hope. I thought it was over(democracy), that's going to take a day or two.
So here's the surviving sprout and the villian lying in state.
A mousetopsy huh? That would make good science Bud! I hate meeses to pieces! Now that it seems more likely that the vermin are eating your young sprouts, if it were me, I'd cut that mouse open to verify. Yup... I'd do an autopsy.
That's just me though...
Sure! Ms Otter and I both use it for pain. Neck/spine degeneration, migraines, nerve burning sensations in arms, etc. It's good medicine for that. It tastes sweet and floral to me. Very pleasant and potent.Hey there @StoneOtter,
While I know that I'm late to your game here, let me convey my condolences to you about loosing those sprouts. My 2¢ is that spouting seeds do best in very mild soil, not SuperSoil or anything that's richly amended. That's been my experience anyway.
The main reason I'm here at this spot in your grow journal is that you are enjoying some CBD Cheese & Cream. I just got some of those seeds and am thinking to add one to my grow this season. So if you're not too busy, please tell me what you think of this strain. I'm chiefly asking about the smoking/vaping and what affect you get from it. I'll be catching up on reading your grow here.
Keep on keeping on...
I love it! Yeah, that's me... always the type that's gotta science things out. And the gore never bothers me, 'cause I grew up on a family farm and we'd slaughter beef, goats, pigs, chickens and all kinds of stuff. So yeah... slice that rascal open. I love your "mousetopsy"... hell yeah...A mousetopsy huh? That would make good science Bud! I hate meeses to pieces!
This sounds great. This is just what I was hoping. After a very serious car crash that landed me in the ER with a torn disc in my neck and a bulging disc in my lower back, I've been doing a lot more CBD stuff and now I can hardly wait to grow this "cheesy" stuff. Thank you for getting back to me on this.Sure! Ms Otter and I both use it for pain. Neck/spine degeneration, migraines, nerve burning sensations in arms, etc. It's good medicine for that. On the growing end. Last one got some bud rot. The tent never got over 50% rh in flower so, go figure. I'll plan on less rh next run. I think I grew it 3 times and I'll grow it again.
Good experience on the farm. I grew up in the city and got out at 26. Never looked back from our 2 1/2 acre site.I love it! Yeah, that's me... always the type that's gotta science things out. Just say'in...
Ms otter likes blue dream cbd for pain too. it's a 10/10 thc/cbd I think. I like it too for not wrecking me earlier in the day. This sounds great. This is just what I was hoping.
