It will be fine to just move it being they are so little. It might confuse them briefly but they will quickly adapt.
I'm having a super hard time keeping the temps down in the day and temps up at night.
I need to switch my light schedule; how should I go about doing this?
If your switching from say lights on daylight and off at night, to the opposite, then just do an extra long light period instead of long dark.
They adapt better to increased light than a deprivation. Still they are little enough it wont really matter.
Of you want to control your temps and RH a little better you can downsize your space within the tent using a grow dome.
Just harden them up when they are ready to take bigger swings through temp and RH, and add more light.
Lastly, they all stretch, try a very close low wattage cfl to keep them down a bit, and if the get too stretched and leggy you can use a cardboard inner tube to hold them up while introducing a steady breeze.
Once they come out of the cups bury the stem a bit deeper to minimise the early stretch length they may have.
If you do that early in life shouldnt cause any problems.
Hope that helps, just tag me in if you have more questions, if I can answer I will.
Cheers mate.
