sounds like it could be a good day its all good here the sun is coming up im heading out the door do a little walking kind of a pre walk before the longer walk later ill be back like a disease you cant get rid of :rofl:
 
Last night I was bored and thinking about my seed stash. I remembered I have some lemon skunk seeds from 6 years ago. I only got one to pop way back then, was a male. I've tried to crack them couple times since then with no luck.

So last night I put my last 4 them in a shot glass. They were regs from DNA if I remember correctly. They were never in original packaging. I really hate it when a get a order from a seed bank that are not in breeder packs.

I don't like those either dank never really no until you grow it hope those seeds crack for you don't forget about the squeeze idea if they don't open last resort but after they soak a couple days they pop easy doesn't take much of a squeeze :)

thanks bro I'm guessing I'll be trying that. I don't have much faith that they will crack on there own. But who knows. Would be funny if they all crack
 
I bet hemo's do work good for that.

I wanted to mention that my reveged 501st og is finishing up. It's the one in second round of bloom with same root ball. Also it was heavily hand pollinated. But I don't see any signs of seeds. I guess I'll know after chop. It's mostly cloudy now. Just waiting for some amber then it'll be chopped. I'll get some pics tonight

I wonder if it being a reveg made it infertile. Should be really loaded

Old seeds there are a few tricks or tools you can use.

Adding a little peroxide or ascorbic acid to the soak water.


Here's a read on it. I've always used 10ml of peroxide to 90ml water and soak. The ascorbic acid might work better on older seed. I haven't tried it yet.

Thanks Bob. If these don't crack I might try that. They are still floating 12 hour's after. So it's not looking good

I'm hoping for a few. I don't have a good feeling tho. It's well past 5 weeks and I don't see anything. The other plants were easy to see seeds.

One a side note the buds look pretty good considering all it's been through :cheesygrinsmiley: I'll have a good jar of nugs
