Dank's Adventures In Dankland

Hopefully it will warm up soon. I'd love to get mine going too. I'll have enough to get me through a whole year with this batch. Especially when I shut bloom tent down for the summer.
Is your buddy growing in the SS? How is that going for him
hell its like springtime here rite now no rain 65 degrees outside supposed to be 73 thurs and Friday that's crazy for February this has been going on for a few years now I quit growing garlic the warm February was making it mature before it was ready!

Today I went out to the love shack with a pump sprayer and hosed down the tent inside and out. Also the whole inside of the shed.
Love sack is neutralized  I'll do that a few times before anything else gets put out there. When it gets warmer outside I'll bring the tent up to my patio and wash it down too. I have plans for more crosses. Don't want no devils three way

Ok that was just wrong :cheesygrinsmiley: Any thoughts on my cleaning methods
just some vinegar and water should do it welcome to the love shack lol!

I'm jealous sticky. My truck showed 35 today. But I'm guessing the wind chill was in 20's or at least it felt like it. Shit I'm ready for spring :laughtwo:
well im enjoying the weather but we have not had one drop of rain this month and February is the biggest wet month usually we need that bad it might be an all time record no rainfall in the mo. of feb.

Supposed to be upper 40's and sunny today. I'm going to work on getting all the rouge pollen out of the shed. Second round of spraying. I'll also put fans in there for fresh air flow in & out to dry it after spraying.
I can already see calaxes swelling from seed formation on couple of them. I'm really surprised by that only 8 days in. Shows how fast a herm can mess things up. I'd have thought it would have taken much longer

It is fun! There still producing lots of resin too. I'll try to harvest all of it for some yummy hash.
For those who have not tried dry ice hash it's super easy and cheap. Dry ice is available at most Kroger and other grocery stores. A set of bubble bags and 10$ worth of dry ice and 10 minutes of your time. Easy peasy

I haven't tried the dry ice method I usually just shake everything in the trim bin and collect it and make a piece of hash from that its real easy to I may have to try your method maybe get more your way! :)

Lots of vids on YouTube.
basically just freeze clean trim or de stemmed broke up plant matter ( stems might poke holes in bags ). Put trim in bottom of bag drop dry ice on top of trim, let it sit for a few minutes to freeze trich heads, then shake over a flat surface. Easy as that.
I prefer #1 gallon bags because it's easier to control the keef dropping out onto the flat surface. I just lightly shake over my clean countertop. Scrape it up with a card.
Smaller micron bags work best for nice tan keef. I use a 100 & 125 mostly. Any bigger color changes as you might get dust from plant matter.
I like bubble hash too. But it's too much work for me

@ilikemsticky here's a quick example video. Guy is kinda a bull in the china shop. I'm more careful about not getting it everywhere. Lol
lol I see what you mean but that's a lot of hash from 3 oz trim ive tried hash from trim and hash from bud and there is a difference I like to keep it separate when I want a special toke ill hit the bud hash thanks for the vid dankman!

I totally agree about the quality of the material used for hash making.
even the taste is better coming from quality buds rather than trim. It's a great way to stretch out more yield from a crop tho.
I would almost prefer hash over buds. I'd like to perfect how to make it look like the blonde Lebanese from back in the day. My little pollen press just ain't the same

im pretty sure that blond would come from a certain strain I don't no how true it is but back in the day it was called blonde Lebanese so if that's true it likely comes from a certain pheno of lebonese I have a 5 pak of those I want to grow someday lol. :)

I've noticed making hash from plants that were taken with no Amber and more clear than usual makes for a really blonde color. Wonder if they pulled them earlier back then for hash making

I just up potted the qrazy train and strawberry daiquiri seedlings into #1's. Did inspection on the LSC' and TC's. Both lsc are girls :cheesygrinsmiley: One tc was a dude he's chopped. Other tc I think is a girl. Almost certain

The TC dude had a good structure. But he always has strange taco'd leaves. Probably not good for breeding anyway. I'm grateful for the lsc both being females. But if one was a solid male I probably would have collected some pollen
