END OF WEEK 3 VEG AND START OF WEEK 1 FLOWERING. I removed the 400 watt mh and put in the 1000 hps to flower. I cleaned all the buckets out really good before I filled the res. with fresh nutrients.

I want to top my mother plant tommorow( the tallest one) to start a new one . Will I lose a lot on the yeild if I top now, and let flwer. Or would it be best to top and put her in the closet for another week or two at 18/6 then flower?

^CAN ANYONE ANSWER THIS QUESTION^ I have never experimented with topping, anyone have experience doing it? just started flowering yesterday is it to late, or should I top then put back in 18/6?

Nice journal DaNkBoY101. Did you build the DWC buckets yourself? Any details on them please. Not sure what you mean by topping your mother...do you want to put it into flower now? I normally just hack her for clones then she regrows in time for the next bunch of clones i want. Keep up the good work!

END OF WEEK 3 AND START OF WEEK 4. This garden has really filled up the tent just as I anticipated. I decided to just let the mother plant flower instead of topping and letting veg. longer. My original intentions were to start a new mother but Im ready to get a new strain after this harvest.

I havn't changed the res. yet just topping it off with fresh nute mix and plain water to maintain the ppm. I ran into deficiency with two of the plants. I think its from miscalcution when I was mixing solution to top those two off, because the other two were from a seperate mixture and had no effect. I drained those two like half way and put fresh water and progressivly looking better. Im going to change all of the res. next week with fresh mix next week.

deficiency problems. the fan leaves turned a yellow color when I messed up the mixture. but looking better now.

if yo ustill have that mother plant dont top it.... tie it over to supper crop it... bend it over for a week or 2 and you will see the tops fill in..

its to late to put her back into veg. i was having problems setting up a light in the same room as my tent because I cant run another amp without tripping the breaker. so I just decided to proceed with flowering. besides Ive been smoking the same strain all year, im ready something different.

check out the pics I took earlier when I changed the res. there are so many beautiful colas forming. The main bud is going to be huge on these trees. cant wait, the air is starting to smell wonderful.

i want to set up my ozonator 1000, which ive had for a year and just now pulling it out. Would it be best to set this up inside the grow room or somewhere else in the house. I want to reduce odor that is traveling throughout the entire house. The carbon filter has cut it back a little but not enough, it smells like dank in here.

I cant find a chart online for adjusting the ozonator on a timer, mine didnt come with instructions. Anyone know how long to run it?

hey in your little makeshift bubble cloner do you have the stems touching the water?

No. You do not want your stems in the water. You want the stems to be like 1/2 to 1" above the water. A good test is to put the top on for like ten minutes then take it of and see if its wet. You want the mist from the bubbles to hit the stems. The cloner works wonders and roots incredibly fast. Do a very light nutirent solution.
