Dabber Presents: PSM & Stankberry Grown Remo Style: A Canniversary Grow

A hurricane won't bend that sprout! Tub is going to be Gloria-style full sooner than you think...
Yeah shes a tad taller these days (idk shes a she). but looking nice none the less. I wonder if her little stretch waa from spectrum so I took down the 2700 and out up the boards that are mixed spectrum.

Mmmm Gloria days thats just what I'm going for!
:high-five:

Hope you can get her in order. Think I found the male and female to try and take it to F2s assuming she flowers out good. Growth and structure are great, smells in veg are amazing and that vigor! Plus I can't really seem to stress them terribly. They just take whatever I throw at them.

I know I can't stop thinking about how I needed to keep the stud I had... but i still have more beans as well as a couple crosses. I'm sure if the stank× GC is male I'll back cross him to the mom. And if not and I get a different male I'll use that. Just love her aroma and color! Vigor may be an understatement lmfao!
I was reading through the first post again. Do you keep your ppm the same all the way through for watering/ feeding?

Just use different nutes until you get the right ppm?

So I dont start them in coco. I do soil in a solo cup. That way they dont need any nutes for 2 or 3 weeks. But yeah when I have started in coco I did similar to acesino. 1-1-1 n-p-k and ramp it up over time. Again I find it wayyy easier to feed water and then upon up can you can hit them with 400- 550 ppm of feed. Just make sure to include calmag when in coco always. Seedlings can usually take 150 cal mag and some molasses. then you'd ramp up every few days to a week by 50 ppm of base nutes

So what are your thoughts on the ATF x Stankberry? Are they going to be big plants or more stocky? Big stretchers? I am set on growing the ATF x Stankberry with my latest purchase Gods White Banana Kush. After an auto run. So probably a late summer seed pop. Just curious what to expect.

Hey gang! Hope everyone's week is off to a great start.

So the PSM was really starting to go vertical and look nice, a good sign she was.ready for more abuse!

Here she was before I did the tuck....

And similar angled pictures after the tuck.

That was yesterday. So I'll post the bounce back pictures today along with the baby stank×Gc.

No action on the other 2 solo cups containing 1 psm×Gk and 1 stankberry × GK. so I'll probably give up on them, possibly dig around some first.

Stank clone looks rough. Near death, but the reveg is in full swing! So no harm, no foul (fowl shed hahahah!)

Anyways that's about all I have for right now. I'll be blasting some liberty haze today at work which I'm excited for cause it smells really nice and I have a freebie bean of it somewhere!

Be back with scrog and seedling pics in a little

:peace: Dabs

I was able to follow the first part about the feeding. I was curious about the ppm as a way to measure the feed altogether no matter the mix. I'm following a feed chart from Flora Nova for Autos in Coir. It says nothing about PPM or TDS, but I will read again to be sure.

I'm running roughly a 51/50 mix. I just put the tap into a root cube, the spongy ones. I soaked the cube first with water and calmag (1gln x 1 tsp). I put the cube in the coir and wet the surrounding area with the same solution. I covered the cube with a thin layer of the mix. Fingers Crossed.

Edit: Nice Scrog, I'm using one of the larger ones and the squares are huge. Did you use zip ties and twine?

Manufacturers wont give you ppm or TDS. For the reason that if you measured their recommendations it would be like 2000 poms. (Way over double what they need). This is a ruse by them to get you to use more product and, in turn, buy more of their products.

You sound like you're off to a great start. Just a heads are you talking like a rapid rooter? Or rock wool? Rock wool has to be soaked over night in a Ph'D solution.

With a 5050 mix you'll have a bit more buffer with nutrients, as the soil should contain some. But you'll want to shoot for a ph between coco and soil (so like 6). And remember a seedling stores its required nutrients for a little bit. The key is to ease them into it.

My scrog is hemp. Twine works really nice. Big thing to remember it cant be too fine ( like fishing line) it will cut into the plants!

Thanks Dab!

Im not in soil, only coco/ perlite. Same same on Ph?
I'm sorry I misinterpreted your 5050! So you want 5.5 to 6.5 for inert media (nutrient less whatever).

I'm going to be 1000% honest. I havent ph once ever. But my nutes contain chelates which is the fancy way for saying they can withstand a much wider range of ph.

From what I understand 5.8 for veg is solid. And you can drift up into the low 6s for flower. And I'm the final weeks letting ph go to 6.3-6.5 can help bring out natural fading of the plant and help release anthocyanins

Got me sitting here like a dumbass laughing at my phone!

Nice info drop! Something for everybody!

I will stay with the CalMag for the first week and see. I’m doing an auto so doesn’t call for any molasses in the mix but I suppose some drippings here and there wouldn’t be such a big deal.

Well gang I'm wayyyyyy behind on updates.

So PSM recovered fully and is ready for the next tuck.

Theres a PSM x grape krush above ground now as well. Looks great!

The stankberry × grape krush got over watered and looks horrible. Shes drying out and I'll hit her with some pirhana and voodoo juice when shes ready to get the roots back in sync.

The seedlings just have been getting plain water.

The PSM is getting

7 ml cal magic

6 ml micro

6 ml grow

3ml velo kelp.

It will get the pirhana, voodoo juice, and natures candy when I up pot this weekend.

When in coco it's always safe (and even recommended) to add a week regularly scheduled up can. Suntana was the one who gave me that advice. Van and others will confirm a solid root mass at transplant is key for a smooth transition.

I also wanted the 1 week for the roots to set before flip. That way they can continue to take hold during stretch and fill the pot with an ideal sized root mass to finish flowering.

Ok enough words here are some pics!

The stank clone looks to be dead :rip:

And the reveg stump is looking rough! So the stank may have run its course... :Namaste: At this point it is what it is. Hopefully it pulls through cause I really wanted to back cross the stank×grape but I'm leaving that to a higher power and larger forces at work.

And that's where we stand.

I'll rebuild the scrog some so that it is a tad taller and a bit more sturdy.

I've been saying this for a while but it's time for a new extract fan. I'll upgrade to the 6 inch version of what I have now. Almost 2 times the air movement will hopefully help me to really dial in. I can also have a proper exhaust off the veg space that connects into the duct work if I so choose.

I hope everyone's week was great and your gardens are green.
