Dabber Presents: PSM & Stankberry Grown Remo Style: A Canniversary Grow

Sorry I was unclear, it's a 5 gallon plastic. I did some searching around the interwebs, found a dude "Prime C" looks like he grew a monster in 3 gallons of coco, fabric pot. Got me thinking bout do I need to up pot from a 5 gallon coco or just let her roll into flower and not worry.

Anybody ever grow a super sized monster in a 5 gallon coco? I'm just not sure what to expect, in the past my 5 gallons girls in dirt have gotten pretty root bound. I'm not sure when I want to flower this girl.

If you got the head height I’d say sure

What size of space and how many of these pots on that space ?

Tent is 5 foot, but I'm considering putting her out for the warmer weather. I am concerned about her getting root bound but she shows no signs of it so far. This is my first photo in coco so I'm not sure what to expect. Just one pot but she shares the lease.

Pic from last week, I think.

Why don’t you like fabric pots ?

I have several 10 gallons and I'm only using one right now, I have no issues with them. Why do you ask?
Just confused

Your soil and in a 5 gal plastic pot right ?

So coco is very forgiving with pot size. You can grow a whopper in a 1 gallon. I would personally send her to a 7 or 10 gal, because regardless if you get root bound, more roots more fruits! (Not to be confused with bigger pot bigger fruits).

I would find a curb or something and tip the pot up on edge, rolling the side of the pot gently while supporting it. Roll her and work her horizontally until you can get the root ball out. It should hold together really well. I always encourage people to wait for the root mass to consume the entire pot before up potting. Especially in coco. And always leave a week to 10 days before flip for the roots to start outward and downward

The plant I'm talking about is in a 5 gallon plastic cup with coco/ perlite (51/50). It's such a light mix, drainage wise, I just wasn't sure about the transfer into a larger pot, and the root ball holding all the shyte where it needs to stay. She's really growing good right now, honestly I think this may be my biggest plant to date. I'm actually nervous about putting her into flower.

I ripped the B yesterday and then just stared at her. Considering my options, I felt a bit of anxiety yesterday and I had to laugh, I was thinking about tent height and having enough space to flower her out. At this point though after seeing that plant in 3 gallon of coco, I may just keep her in the 5 gallon to see what happens.

Thanks for the good words you two, I'm still on the fence but everyday I look at her, "I think I'm in love with this one! Damn she's growin good!"

Any questions just hound ya bro someone will give you the answe or guidance you are looking for bro. Always here anytime

And pics!

I am seeing some weirding om the edges of the fan leaves. I'm pretty sure it's just some stress from the high temp to RH ratio, but just in case I'll ease up on the ph down. Move it from 2.5 ml per gallon down to 1.5 to 2.

As the next few weeks progress I will continue to let the ph drift further up and eventually, yes I'm gonna say it, flush this sucker!

I'm debating what to do with the stankberry. At one time the plan was to flip her ohh idk a week or 2 ago. But I know shes a shes, so I'll clone her and maybe even throw her outside with the psm. Also plan on dropping some grape krush for outside, as rooster swore they are fast as well as pest, cold, and mold resistant? Then look through what autos I have. Pop some order more yada yada!

Less than a month until 420. Which I will also consider the opportune time to throw the first photos out.

Planning a lot of fishing adventures this summer as well as a trip south for my buddy's wedding. So I'll need to re re re vamp the auto water system. I wont be growing any more inside until after summer. The plan was to flower the veg girls in time for them to finish by memorial day weekend, but that likely wont happen. So well re adjust a tad. I may still flower the stankberry of I can grab a couple cuts here from her soon.

That's all I have for you wonderful folks this Thursday morning. Hope your weeks been great gang
