Curso's True High Brix!

Those guys and their gals were super cool, but very typical OC young professionals. They got to get straightened out and brixed up Central Coast style and they won't forget it soon!

You might just mix in the top foot or so of soil with something lower if you can. It's not going to matter too much, the whole mess should have been moist and sweating from the cook.

BTW, I've sent you an email, Shotta.

Thank you doc. Its awesome you get to share with unassuming people to really get to see what the medicine is really capable of.

Although I grew up in OC I have distanced myself from it since it was too much of a scene and when I lived there it was a nonstop party.
It still is like that there and the majority of young people are rude disrespectful and expect a certain level of respect based on the car they drive.

Glad they enjoyed and got the experience of a lifetime for years to come.

Okay, I have 4 Pineapple Skunk x Grand daddy purp and 2 Lost Coast Hashplants in 4th run soil. They got the usual treatment of some roots and transplant on the soil, then popped in the seeds. The "ghetto humidifier" is back to being a starting area. I'm going to transplant one of the Toxic Waltz into a 5gl and train it some. One of the up-coming rounds will be 2 plants big bushy ones this toxic waltz being one of them the other will most likely be a Purple Urkle. They'll both go into 7gl pot's when the time is right :high-five

Pic's of the Toxic Waltz in a few...

Okay here we go :) the first few are the Toxic Waltz (GDP x toxic blue 33)..I plan on taking some clones and topping her after she recovers from the transplant. The rest are just some random bud shots and some veg pics.

LOL that was a funny story Doc :)

Curso, and the others that drink it, do you use the actual bulletproof coffee, or do you just add butter to your own coffee? His stuff is expensive! :yikes:

Bro I drink the ghetto version. Unsalted Butter, Organic Coconut Oil (this shit is expensive but worth it) and whatever coffee we have. It's more about the fat's in the coconut oil and butter than the coffee. I also add 1tbls of raw honey to my first one. Sometimes I add "hempforce" by onnit to it too :) But man, smoke a J an hour after drinking...you brain is on overdrive :)

I've used magic butter in it as well. Its a fun way to start the day too :high-five:

You have more than one cup per day? From my reading, I got the impression only one cup a day was needed. You add the butter and/or oil to every cup?

hmmmm... I had not been on his site for awhile and quickly found I had wasted an hour there. :blalol: Thanks a lot Curso!

I'm gonna try some bulletproof coffee tomorrow morning! :)
I'll also try smoking an hour after, but probly a bong hit rather than a J. (That would happen anyway!)

When I was trying to lose weight I had one first thing in the morning and one no later than 2pm then a sensible dinner. The weight melted off. Now that MCT oil he sells has no flavor, the coconut oil is kinda strange on the palate the first time. I just blend it and slam it. The bong is a good way to go, so is a couple vape rips nice clean buzz for that nice clean energy.

I get lost on their site too. Check out the onnit supplements. I swear by alpha brain, shroom tech and new mood. I've never felt better, after adding those into my daily routine. At the very least take double the amount recommended in a multivitamin for 2 weeks as well. First thing in the morning. Nobody in the history of the world has OD'ed on vitamins, you just pee out what you dont need. But the way our food is, we're all deficient.

Thanks again Curso.

I'm still unsure about taking supplements. IMHO, we should be able to get everything we need via our food. I believe, other than injury or genetic causes, all illness is the result of poor nutrition. While most of our health problems are due to the poor nutritional content in the food found in our neighborhood supermarket, wouldn't it be better to just put all the stuff in those supplements back into our food?

My wife and I have been putting a lot of energy into improving the quality of the food we eat. We buy at farmer's markets and from growers we know locally when we can. We canned and froze a lot too. I also have 200+ lbs of meat in my freezer. All of which I shot, or came from farmers I know personally. There are definitely downsides to living in rural areas, but access to local food isn't one of them. :)

Anyway, I suspect, with your background in High Brix, that you're aware of the decline in quality of food from industrial farming practices.

I don't wanna get your thread too off topic. Sorry. I could chat about this stuff all day. :Namaste:

I don't mind talking about things that really benefit everyone bro. This type of discussion is always open in my thread.

That's amazing that you get such good food locally. I honestly wish we could, but when I go to the farmers market, its the same bs that I could get from a produce company or gordon foods. I bet that meat you have tastes amazing bro. Nothing better than properly feed protein. It really does have a whole different flavor. I am jealous :) and wish I didn't live in the city sometimes.

I was super iffy about the supplements too. I am the first person to preach no pills. These however are kinda replacements for the pharm meds I was taking. It's kinda scary when you see a commercial for a class action law suit against a pill your taking because it "may cause boys to grow breast" I stopped taking them that minute. So, the new mood has that enzyme that is in turkey (I'm not about to try to spell it) plus melatonin, it's made to put you into REM sleep ;) I'm getting older now and I'll take all the help I can get. Alpha brain super charges your brain, naturally. That's what its made to do, there's no caffeine they just make you think a bit clearer, without all the jibber jabber in between.

Anyone needs to focus on a task...2 alpha brains and some cannabis, you'll never see things clearer in your life :)

I start my mornings with organic coffee with 3tbsp organic, unsalted grassed butter and 3tbsp MCT blended in a blender. no Food till 1PM and stop eating at 7PM fasting till 1pm the next day. It's called Intermittant Fasting and Bulletproof Coffee Plays a key role.

when you fast.....not starvation, but fasting......your body does some cool stuff. inflammation goes way down, stubborn injuries heal up, HGH is released, and muscle mass is increased while you b urn fat. BulletProof Coffee helps because the fat keeps your physiology in a fasting state while keeping you from getting hungry and feeding your brain.

This goes very, very well with cannabis and Short, intense exercise.

This is amazing :) I do drink one before I leave to go fight. My shoulders usually give up before I run out of energy. Bulletproof coffee plays a key role in our every day life.

Thanks Doc, I'm gonna try this for sure. The old bones don't quite heal like they used to. I'll take any advantage I can get naturally. Intermittent fasting sounds like it would be beneficial to healing those shots I should have blocked...along with a bit of iron...lol

Start eating more like a predator and less like prey, IE:

Grass fed beef, berries, nuts and greens are "good."
Grains, cereals, starch, lots of fruit are "bad."

The former trigger your body to get lean and mobile. The latter send the message to reproduce, get old and die. There's more to the picture, obviously, and actually our diets should change with the seasons, but in the main we eat WAY too much "comfort food" and far too little "long journey" food.

Lack of nutrient density makes it even worse, because in order to get the same nutrition we must eat more calories. High Brix veggies are the answer, along with high brix cattle feed, etc.

In other words, if you live in America you've either got to be totally diligent with regard to food or you're screwed.

Amen!!!

One of the reasons I really have no desire to work as a chef any more is because the food we produce kills people. Slowly, over a long time. The food chain is broken. I'm not the one to fix it, nor should I condone it by feeding people poison. Just the diet that has been beat into our heads with the food pyramid and now the circle is so false do to nutrient content. The reality of the FDA diet is 35,000 calories daily to obtain the "proper" amount of nutrients out of their diet....just food for thought. Yep nobody wants to eat bird seed...I get that. But its a fantastic idea to reach for some sunflower seeds than for that bag of sugar. Plus the energy from the seeds last 4 times longer than the crack acting sugar. Biology doesn't change. With the kit...we feed our plants seeds, berries, nuts and other healthy fats...results speak for themselves :)

The Toxic waltz i transplanted yesterday is happy to be in her fresh dirt. She's reaching for the light, I didn't even need to spray her with stress. Just some roots, transplant and a touch of tea made her not skip a beat. So, today she'll get topped and I'll shape her up and get her ready to be trained to be a big ole bush.

As luck would have it, my buddy was rolling himself a spliff of Chem Valley Kush this morning and a lovely little surprise popped out. He has it soaking now :high-five:

The tomato cage, is he training it around the whole thing?

Yes.

The plan is to wrap it around once or twice, then train about 12 branches upward and tie them to the cage equal distance apart training them to grow straight up.

Hopefully it will be a nice circle of equal colas.

That's the plan anyway.
