Curso's True High Brix!

Well...Now that the cat is out of the bag about my lighting situation in Sara's thread now, I will talk about it here...

Last week The Cunuck and I were bullshitting on FB and I could smell something electrical hot. So I checked cords both light and all the other electrical bullshit around me. I even checked that connection. The light was kinda flickering all day. I wouldn't leave it alone something wasn't right. So I sat here smoking bongs and fucking around. That smell got pretty intense so I went and checked the cord. Man that thing would have smoked my hands had they not been leathery chef's hands. It was hot. When I pulled the plug out of the light itself the post came with it from the connector and shit was all melted and fucked up.

I messaged Sara and we talked later that night. She took good care of me and I got another 96x3w (it'll be here tomorrow) and she said she was sending me a "uve" I guess I should have asked what that is. So today fedex shows up with the cord + connector and I hooked it up and it's an incomplete light now, but better than nothing. I ended up harvesting the AK and the LCHP then too. The diesel survived 5 days without light and just water. I was planning on making wax with her. But she's happy to be back in some light and will get some energy tomorrow morning:)

Over all I am still happy with my lights and their costumer service. We just aren't finished with the fix.

For the most part I stick to 1oz per 6 sticks. Nope I dont add the lecithin, I honestly don't see the point of it. It generally takes about 45 minutes to hit me :) If you are using packaged mixes you can double the amount of "oil/butter" to make them a bit stronger without any ill effect;)
 
Just talked to Sara a new light has been shipped :). See I just needed to talk to her about it. No sense in being crazy about it. Again I am more than happy with my light's. She's awesome. I've been saying this all along and is why I haven't mentioned the situation until it was completely rectified. I knew she'd take care of it. She is a1 costumer service. Things she did. She sent parts asap I had them in less then 5 days. She sent me a 96x3w because it happened (Cool because I could really use one) and even before I had talked to her she had one already shipped to me. I have always stood by the results from my 1200. I am looking forward to getting this one rolling and banging out some plants...:)

I knew that, but a GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter) shoulda cut off juice in a millisecond - all it needs is a very slight sumpin sumpin wrong and it'll trigger. Wow.

You might want to check that. I'm not talking surge suppressor. I mean the wall socket with the breaker in it ... ? You can get inline ones, too. Any time it senses any sort of leak across the lines, it triggers. When that connector shorted, a working GFI would have tripped.

In other news...I was yapping with a friend last night, we got to talking about OPP. He has a TGA Vortex male...I'm going to get a clone of him. Now that things are close to moving along and I have a new light, another tent is in order. I am going to play with that Vortex. I have Lost Coast Hashplant, AK47, Sour Diesel #2 and OPP. I might start that strawberry cough and hit her too. I'll take some cuts of everything sometime today and get the breeding tent set up. I haven't had a chance to talk to my buddy and see if I can get a cut of Pineapple Skunk for it too. These will be small plants with a short veg time and flowered in small pots. I'm not looking to make 1000's of each plant. Just some for my friends and myself.

Opp is my main strain, so I am really looking forward to mixing it with something fantastic. Vortex is pretty fantastic, TGA strains are generally very good and always have good terp's. I also wanted to flower something under this 96x3w just to see what it can do. I know it veg's awesome.

I am excited about my grow again. It was a bummer looking into a dark tent for a few days. No Joke. It was also a bit of a bummer to not being able to allow that LCHP and AK47 to finish. They are in a jar and they are both pretty good. The AK needed more time, the LCHP those buds are like rocks, even the smaller buds are like pebbles, they both smoke nice and get me good and stoned. I have pharmaceuticals in me too, so it's really hard to judge . I think the next 20gl pot I do is going to be the LCHP. I have one in veg that I can hold back and veg in a 7gl once things move along.

There's one built into my surge protector. It didn't trip. Either did the one on the plug. I'm telling you that it was just odd bro. Nothing I have ever seen happen, I wouldn't leave it alone. I got to it before it got bad.
 
I set up another tent and hung the new 96x3w in it.

The fighting is a blast!!! Thanks and your right it is nice to have something fresh and new in the garden. I just need my leg to heal enough to be able to move shit in and out of the closet and get the newly set up tent in there...:)
 
Okay if you go back a couple pages and find the "space cake" recipe...I added 1tsp vanilla and 2 egg yolks to that recipe....Then added blueberries to the bottom of the lined muffin pan and added some on the top too. I topped it with "raw" sugar. and baked it for 9 minutes flipped it around then another 9 minutes. They're pretty nice...
