Interesting, why not necessary if growing indoors?

There are some places where the humidity is super low at some parts of the day so unless you spray them they get dehydrated. Others do it for pest control.

There are people that literally turn on the hose and pour water on top of their plants.

If you can keep your humidity levels at your indoor normal you don't really need to spray them, unless they are still clones.

Depends on the strain also. Some strains can handle hot, dry climates. That's my understanding.

I spray my outdoor plants down in summer while I water daily and they love it.
Indoors I imagine it's humidity. They look pretty good to me.
