Cultivator's Return - Multiple Grows

Podcast will be up tomorrow everyone. Sorry i cant keep it on a set timeframe at the moment as im ridiculously busy but they will continue to go up. I will be around until this journal is completed. I will always be in the background.
Yes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our Guru isnt leaving us in the dark !!!!!!!!! You know you have lots of supporters who really look up to you here and I think this should outbalance the idiots that annoy you. Like I said I rarely scan 117 page book for someone I dont have respect for. You are a great person and one hell of a talented man with this whole growing game ! Glad you are back for real !

You dont use clonex on seeds. its essentially a mix to initiate roots from cones. If i dip clones in great white i dont use clonex and if i use clonex i dont dip in great white. Either is fine.

On seedlings i always sprinkle greatwhite into the transplant hole, it makes a massive difference.

Thanks for posting.

what size set up is the drip system for. It matters as id do it quite differently for diff spaces and is it coco, pebbles or a coco/pebble mix?

Thanks for the reply mate, average size room is about 4m x 4m with 30l fabric pots coco/pebble mix
Cheers

Sorry i havent been around im mega busy this week harvesting and looking for new spots too grow amongst other things too. Stress levels are through the roof.

How many plants are you going to run and how many lights MrMackey?

Anyway heres some pics of my harvest. The Amnesia haze is coming down 3.5 weeks early which is devastating really as its looking great but i need to clear the property so it is what it is. The Armageddon is looking excellent at 9 weeks and is ready for harvest.

i would suggest hand feeding for first coco run. it will give you a feel for the media before adding drippers. you will still get great results. The plants above are all only fed once daily by hand.

However if you insist on drippers id go for something like an 8inch drip ring per pot, linked up with 1/4inch pipe and on a 2000lph pump fed x3 daily. Its super simple to set up. But honest if its an option just try hand feeding first. Dont forget to add great white myko to the coco though, top pro tip there.

Top man cheers mate it’s more of a case the spot is far away and can only be there 3/4 days a week hence he bought the easyfeed alien system just put him off not able to find a decent grow journal of it being used other than yours which of course has been changed will most likely have a run or at least a room as intended and try hand feeding when possible

Cheers mate

Hi cult bb78 here I'm a UK grower in flood and drain systems and the half of the room are coco dtw 60/40 the res's are climbing up to 23degrees will that effectt the roots even though there in coco 60/40 clay pebble. Could you run your eye over my grow for anyway I could improve it
Sigs in link

Many thanks bb78

yes it will affect it. but not as much as if it were pebbles alone. have a look at your roots and see what they look and smell like.5

the problem is above 70f there is less available 02 in the water. Its not as cut and dry as airbubbles in res or whatever. water temp plays a huge part in available 02. Its especially important in hydroponic growibg. Now there are spaces in the media that will hold onto 02 when the the system drains. But warm moist media is asking for pathogens and possible root rot. Now add a chiller to your res and bring that temp down to 65f-69f and just watch the difference. Magic.

Whats up cult ? Do you happen to have a picture of how your plants look pruned before flipping to 12-12 for flower ? Thanx

The roots are perfectly white and plants are super healthy but it's only been the last few days at that temperature so I suppose it would not happen instantly. Maybe some giant 3 or 4 litre plastic bottles frozen in the rez may work as can't afford a chiller atm thanks for the reply pal. Have a little look at my journal if you've got time it's probably my best grow to date I'm really happy with got a lot of light in there so just had to buy aircon an some lovely strains

Regards bb 78
