I didn't. Just flipped them over. I may try that next time. I would think it could help sativas kick into bloom faster maybe .

I did 24 hrs I heard anything less is pointless but again it's all trial and error I'm thinking and genetics play a huge role .
Everyone is screaming about 72 hr dark period but how the heck would I feed it ? Lights off these guys are probably in buckets or soil where you can go 3 days without touching it?

Yes! I am great, just back from my dance class, feeling energized and healthy. I'm currently working through a big flush on my plants! Their out PPM is 1200 and I've been able to flush it down to 600, think that's good or should I flush to my water ppm (150)?? I have been feeding them daily for weeks...I'll be hollering out at my pad soon to get a general consensus

glad the new year is treating you well. My apologies but I'm not the guy to be asking about ppm and whatnot. Only found out about it 18 months ago after thirteen years of growing. I have a meter and use it occasionally when I think there's a problem about to occur or when one is actually happening. I'm not knocking it, personally I haven't seen much difference in my grows when using one.
Someone else please chip in!! I can't leave Newty hanging
600 ppm should be fine, just don't deprive her of all nutes while you're trying to drop runoff ppm
Joe and PW thank you. perfect timing PW, my gut is saying to leave them although I was just about to complete a reset! That is important to note as I do plan to lower ppm moving forward, thinking 800-1000 should be perfect? I flushed about 2 gallons on them all and just left them for the last hour. I'm going to check the new run off now to see where I'm at
I'm in coco right now but I never check runoff unless I have a really serious issue pop up. Runoff Ppm will just cause you to second guess yourself. 700 ppm would be high for me even in late flower.
Newty said she's feeding at 1300 I told her too high right? Any time I get over 800 they throw me the finger right before the salt induced lockout kicks me in the nuts....

They all had a little run off and it's all between 600-675. All I have is fresh tap lol should I keep flushing? Or leave em be now? I'm bumping up the k tomorrow, I need to rework some numbers to get a lower ppm. I'm thinking I'll leave them
1300 ppm for me is scary high, I've heard of people running nutes that concentrated but all my plants will squeal like pigs if I get much over 700-800 ppm

I stood up and cheered at the end of that. Well said and well met Sir. I hope one day we can share the dream and work on it to help the world. I don't need money. I certainly don't want fame. Like 99.99% of folks on here, I'm a genuine person who believes it's good to help people.
It's been lovely meeting you today mate. Hopefully in a few years time, over a ridiculously big joint, we can look back on this (having saved a few lives and soothed some pain) and say it all started over a mutual amusement of my belly button
