Cr8grow’s Corleone Kush Grow #2 Journal 2020

Day 2 going into week 5...robust growth continues. Taking well to LST. No sign of nute burn and zero fungus gnats. Water yesterday 6.5 PH 2 tsp Biocanna Biovega per gallon. 1.5 gallons total across all four until just some runoff. Will probably water again in 5 or 6 days when pots are light. Two pics from this afternoon.

Yep big growth spurt this week looking good!

End of week 5 (day 35)...last water day 33: 1/2 gallon each slowly to 1/4” runoff, PH 6.3 with 2 tsp Biovega/gallon and introduced CalMag 1 ml/gallon (TPS Nutrients CalMag OAC) as preventative maintenance. Temps L66 H81, RH improved, L33 H51. LST daily, have 10 main bud sites each...will continue to spread. Minor nute burn barely at the tips last week, no change this week after feed...no concerns. I clipped a few old low dirt lying fans. Zero fungus gnats or sign of other pests. Raising light every two days to 24”. Clip fan above circulates cooler air downward. 2A the big girl on the bench after LST. Last pic after more LST today and tucking.

Nice intro. I am growing a P98 so find your choice nice... A lot of people on here don't adjust their pH anymore and when I did it just caused me headaches and no problem not.

Also, MegaCrop is the big nute here now because it works great and is about the cheapest and the simplest. Don't mean to tell you what to do but I wish someone told me those when I was starting out.

Good luck.
Homer, thanks, Ive been following your journal for a bit...damn you P98.

Great start!

23 is a little low for seedlings for humidity though. Most likely be okay but if you want to optimize I use a small mist humidifier in my 3x3 that was under 100 bucks. My exhaust is only a 6” clip on fan on low jammed into an outlet above. With this setup I have to run the humidifier at 3/4 to full to get my RH from mid 20s to 40-50 and get fresh air flow.

See it on the bottom there. It does require a bit of dialing in between fan speed/humidifier setting/intake and outlet opening sizes but you can dial it in. A few times I opened the tent to the amazon rainforest lol.
DC, Ive been following your perpetual grow, looking nice.

Thanks SO, Ive learned a few things following you last two grows, Im anxious to watch the latest autos over there.
Thanks cr8, I hope to have some better going with the new ones. I already feel like it will be better. Sowing those seeds without a little cover was a mistake I think. I got too lazy to think of something to use as a tiny greenhouse. Oh well better now I bet!

Working from home currently, more time in the garden than usual. Day 38 pic before more LST to spread and flatten the canopy. Pic on the workbench, the runt, also the one that has grown different with the leaf tips all curling dow, is still the runt with curling leaves. Other pics are after LST and plant rotation. The other 3 girls are responding well to the organic nutes and environment. Im over worrying about the runt...who knows may be the best indica ever if it makes it. No sign of f-gnats or other pests. I will likely flip to 12/12 the end of this week 6. Patience here will improve yield, but, the cabinet has space limitations. I plan to keep the Phillips 4k bulb in and continue veg nutes through stretch this 2nd grow. Will then swap in the Phillips 3k and switch out to Biocanna Bioflores flowering nutes plus Budswel guano until the end. The only leaves Ive removed so far are scruffy in the soil or old fans with nute splash...I will need to thin selectively for airflow and to focus energy on the ten main bud sites each.

Day 42 end if week 6 from seed. Height 11-12”. Water yesterday PH 6.4 same organic nutes and calmag 2 gallons total. I will flip to 12/12 tomorrow...no change planned to nutes or bulb swap until after stretch. Flower time should be 9-10 weeks...want this to go heavy amber for nighttime. Environment steady temps H 82F L 64 F, RH H 49% L 30%. Pics from this morning. The lighter growth was covered by big fans. Lots of secondary bud sites developing.
