Cooking with The Chronic

Making a batch of CCO right now with 8g CBD Critical Mass. I will infuse into 2oz of fractionated coconut oil and 1/2T Lecithin. I will make a batch of gummies later.:circle-of-love::peace:
You're about to be in for a real treat!

They're gonna be perfect!

I had a thought today that I may try Friday. Margarita gummies. Half orange, half lime jello, agave nectar. Either do sour patch coating or a combo of sugar and salt.

The sour patch lime ones I made the other week, and put in the fridge, have not gotten slimey like warned.

Getting busy in the kitchen today!
:headbanger:

Trying my hand at some PG/VG vape oil.

First run, I started with 8g of kief that had been extracted with dry ice. Added 50mL of unflavored 50/50 pg/vg oil. Sealed in jar & placed in a water bath for 2 hours. Water temp will be 180°.

I'll be vaping this oil though a normal "vape shop" style rig.

While I'm at it, I also decarbed another ounce of popcorn buds to make a cup of coconut oil.

Actually started with around 1/2 cup of coconut oil that had already been infused once.

I just combined them, added new herb, then topped off with another 1/2 cup fresh coconut oil.

It will hang out in the water bath for 8 hours @180°. I'll be making gummies with most of it tomorrow.

I’ve got to try this. What if I ran a flavored mix w/ nicotine with it.

Had to put my glasses on for that one. LOL

Time to make more CBD treats for my dog, but decided to make some for myself as well.

Base was 1/2 cup CBD infused oil, 1/2 cup bacon grease, flour, egg, water, and salt. Baked then and then dipped them in melted butter and sprinkled with salt.

Measured out 10g balls and then ran each ball through the pasta machine to get them evenly flat. Baked at 350 until done. Wasn’t paying attention to time, so no clue on how long.

Taste test result: not a bad cracker, but bland.

Next batch I’ll mix some cheese and cayenne pepper into the dough, and then maybe top with cheese as well. Or a custom spice blend. Or seasoned butter. Or seasoned cannabutter.

I’m calling them Scooby Snacks.

Just finished this experiment. Pretty damn tasty but ugly color. The orange and lime makes more of a brown color. The plain lime are more eye appealing, which counts in food. Opted for just the plain sour coating rather than adding some salt.
