I am with you sisco...I think he eats a lot more then he says. Every time we turn around we see a big plate of food in front of him. Looks like massive portions to me.

Shit I wish I weighted 130...Did a little over a year ago but got out here and gained ug. I can't carry this weight and need to get it down fast.
 
No I work hard to be like that. In 1998 I stop smoking after 25 years and I got fat 175 pound and got really afraid to be like my dad and never see my _ _ _ _ _ _. I do exercise when I can. When my back is fuck top I use my up side down bed and the Jacuzzi and Chinese patch and tiger Baum. I have been doing it slowly for a 1 years and a half. My other secret is I balance my food I balance it in my mouth.
