me too waiting till 730pm for the lights to come on before i pull her out of the tent,

hello again, right the deed is done, i have chopped 1 of the girls down and have to say WOW more than i thought was there,
heres some pics and a pic of wet weight

now waiting 2 wks for here to dry and cure before a smoke, by this time i should have 1 poss 2 more plants down and drying,
thank you to Dr growtent if it wasn't for u sir helping me out i would never have gotten to this stage
also thank u kingjohn your info was a big help in finding a balance in ph levels and sexing,

i will continue the journal till all remaining plants are down which will be 2-4 more wks

Man it's all happening now, I have another one almost ready for the chop, I have however decided to wait 1-2more wks before chopping her down IF she will wait that long I'll post new pic later, but I think it will be down this coming wkend as she's turning fast to Amber

need your help again pls what's the best way to dry bud I have glass jars for the curing but my bud has lost its lovely smell now smells like shit weed, I let it dry in the tent thinking it was a good idea and I think it slightly cooked it hence crappy look and smell

Thanks evog I have 3 more to go yet this 1dry gave me 2oz in the end so not bad for first grow of 1plant that some say 3oz is average so very happy

hey mono, cheers fella aye i'm pleased with the yeild being first plant but as my earlier comment says i think i fucked it up by leaving it in the tent to dry for 2 day but lesson learned have 3 more to get it right with, here's some pics for u of the nxt girl for the chop poss this wkend but im hoping 2 wks

When I harvest a plant I start by cutting the branches off 1 by 1. I take the branch and first strip off all the fan leaves. I then use a pair of Fiskars Micro Tip Pruning scissors and trim all the sugar leaves flush with the bud. I then take the trimmed branches and place them in my drying rack to dry for 5-7 days or until the buds just break off the stems. I then trim off the buds from the stems and place the buds into storage containers. I take the buds out of the storage containers and place into a large bowl for 15 minutes per day for 10 days.
