That is the damnedest thing I've ever seen! All those bitty plants kicking it in the bottom half of coke bottles...and kicking it BIG TIME. HAHAHAHA BEAUTIFUL! :goodluck: but it doesn't look like luck is much needed. You got it dialed in

i definitely think you will get your 12g plus for each of those, shit at the rate they're going you might even net close to a z for each of them.

Thank you very much. I did not remove those small fans above the bud sites. I only removed the large fans. I left just a few fans at the top and very bottoms. All of the large fans in the middle 2/3's are gone.

Thanks for stopping in. When I first saw a grow in 2 liters like this I was a little surprised myself. I never would have thought that they'd thrive like they do in these pots but 2 liters are hard to beat for SOG'ing. I hope you stick around for the upcoming bud porn.

Thanks for the love. I love your enthusiasm and I agree with you that I will reach or exceed 12g's per cola. There's no way I'll approach an ounce but 16-17 grams per cola is certainly a possibility.

There are many people out there whose eyes only get big if they see a large plant that produces 5 or 6 ounces. However, if a grower truly wants to maximize yield per space given, growing large scale SOG with huge numbers in small pots cannot be topped unless you start getting into vertical grows but that's another thread.

Anyway, lets look at it like this..... I'm going to have basically 100 plants that will all finish within 40 days of one another. It looks like I'll have 5-6 different harvests with anywhere from 12-20 plants per harvest.

I ran the numbers like this:

If each plant averages 12g that makes 100x12=1200g/28= 42.8 ounces
If each plant averages 15g that makes 100x15=1500g/28= 53.5 ounces
If each plant averages 17g that makes 100x17=1700g/28= 60.7 ounces


I think the yields will fall somewhere in that range. We'll all find out together.

I love that pic with the thick stalks and just straight up pencil looking plants. It's going to be a mouthwatering sight to see them close to harvest, like a bud army waiting for her commander :bong:

oh I'm sticking....that last series of pictures has grabbed my attention for sure. In a room with tall ceilings, that would allow for stacked growing. Like bunk beds. That can/would be crazy productive/efficient. I gotta pay closer attention now

Here we are at day 25 for the original 16.


The defoliated plants are on top in this picture. The bottom plants in the picture get defoliated day after tomorrow. The canopy is starting to come to life.

This shot shows all of the different starts with dates they were buried. The stretch is over for the first 16 and it looks as though the plants are going to finish in the 18 to 20 inch range. I will be burying another 10-12 rooted clones in the next couple of days bringing the total in pots to 70+.

(2) 600 watt HPS units with AgroMax bulbs. The lights are approx 14 inches off of the tops of the largest plants.

I'm having a lot of fun watching your grow. Another question about the feeding - once the clones are put in hempy buckets, do you start feeding them as if they're on week 3 (12/12) of the feeding schedule? Or do you dose them a little lighter at 1st? Thanks!

Great question.

I went directly to 12/12 with thoroughly rooted clones and I've fed them as follows:

week1 - 400 PPM(rooted clone dosage- 2.5ML of grow,bloom, and micro)
week2 - 700 PPM(by week 2 the roots have hit the res and they take off)
week3 - 900 PPM(lots of stretch in week 3)
week 4-10 1100-1400 PPM(where I am now on the original 16)

I used the GH 3 part schedule as a guide with minor modifications.

Morning 420fied! I'm wondering how often you're watering the oldest girls at this point... I'm still at every 3 days or so.
