Chocolate Mint OG- variegated.

This is the only variegated cannabis plant I've seen before in my grow. CMOG normally turns a very dark blue/black in flowering, so this one should be interesting.

Arguably one of the most beautiful spontaneous mutations to occur in any plant, variegation occurs when some of the genes that control production of chlorophyll and other pigments do not express correctly, causing distinctive patterns of pigmented and non-pigmented sections on leaves and buds. Variegation is pretty, but is generally considered useless or even detrimental, as it reduces the plant's capacity to photosynthesize and thus comprises its ability to achieve maximum health and yield.

Barneys Farm LSD Pheno #5 Monster Crop.
This clone was taken at day 33 of flower, re-vegged and is in the third month of veg now.
When taken on 12/26/17, it is the flowering clone in the lower right side of the coco filled cloning tray. None of the others made it past the solo cup stage.
Lower clone of the three solo's, other two did not make it.
At transplant into 3/4 gallon plastic pots, 41 days later.
Kind of rushed this transplant but was headed out of town and wanted the extra moisture the transplant into the three gallon Smart Pot would provide. 17 days from last transplant. This actually work very well I had as I had root growing out the sides of the Smart Pot within 10 days.
About a month later I slipped a 24x24 screen under the plant to begin tie down. Had been just tying the branches down with safety pins and soft ties.
Another twenty or so days later, I harvested the tent so it became available to this Monster Crop. The harvest was on Monday and that Tuesday I removed the wire screen and transplanted it into a 10 gallon smart pot. Then I slipped a 36x36 inch screen under the plant and tied it back down. Then on Friday I constructed a 24 inch Lazy Susan on rollers. The rollers fit into the groves of the catch tray and I can pull the plant too me, with ease, to work on it and with the Lazy S I can rotate it just over 180 degrees to work on the plant. no more getting on my hand and knees to work on it.
This pic was taken on Saturday after I completed the redo of my drip system for this plant.
This is the three point distribution manifold
Basically the same set up as my last horizontal grow only I have three lines, from the manifold, that attach to the drip ring and nine delivery points off the ring. In the picture you can see one of the attachment points and the test of my system running.
Today after a tie down session and a good heavy watering, with about 20% runoff. This is only the second watering in the 10 gallon, its been about 5 plus days since last watering. I am stretching the watering times to get the roots moving into the transplanted coco, I am giving them plenty of drying time between watering's. Have Great White and Subculture M in the coco at transplant and I am mixing in with the solution every other watering.
Here she is all tied down, got a good watering, @ 1.0 EC and 5.82 pH.

My journal is in my signature, drop by and say HIGH!

Pics taken on 4/19

10 days after last pic, filling the screen.

Keeping her low

Last night we did very major trim, removed every thing below the third node. Did not remove any branches coming off the main stem but removed all larf and secondary stems off the branches. Bending the branches and tying them in place to put the bud sites where I want them.
Pics when I get her all tied back down. Going to give her up to 10 days to recover then flip.
