I usually get anywhere between 2-5 lbs. per plant depending on the strain and density of the flowers. I also have to take into account any bud that might have rot inside that I can't see visually when inspecting my gals and normally happens to at least a few colas every year due to the high humidity which I cannot control obviously. It's a cat and mouse game trust me!
