If u run bulbs barebulb but horizontally instead of vertically you can use 1 instead of 2 and have a flat canopy at the same time as your vert wall.

I'm talking about the position you hang the bulbs in.

See in the above pictures how the bulbs are hung in a horizontal position just like if they had a hood/reflector except they don't.

See there is a sea of green growing underneath the horizontal bulb then there big plants tree style grows on both sides of the bulb.

When hps bulbs are hung in the other way vertically there is no canopy underneath the bulb/s .

So yeah if you can position your bulbs in the horizontal/flat position you can gain exta grow space= bigger yield=more grams per watt

So this way there is 3 rows of big trees and 2 flat seas of green .
And that middle row of trees gets the light from 3x 600,s and each side!
Its like 5 grows in one .
This is my personal evolution from hanging bulbs vertically.

a look into a 5×5×7 ft flower room packed 2 scrog in the back that are 2 ft×2 ft each and then the rest 2 in tomato cages and the other 4 just letting run wild I have 5 strains in flower room plus 5 autos in veg room and some are very close my red poison will be chopped in the next couple days
