I agree Hozona.

An occasional something different is OK to me.

Maybe we need a thread called "This may be interesting".

we should stick to pics that makes us say "WOW" or "NICE".

I agree with both of you, but what makes eye candy is so subjective. As they say, "beauty is in the eye of the beer holder."
It would be a bummer if members are afraid to post because they don't know if they measure up. Heck - I'm not sure the pictures I post here make the grade. I'm proud of learning how to grow and the results I've obtained, but obviously there are better plants/buds being grown.

I must admit I posted some veg plants. But they are Twister, a clone only strain that has been kept for two decades.

Whenever I post in a new thread I read the first few pages. Go back and look. In the first two pages you will see plants at every stage of growth including seedlings, veg plants , plants starting to flower and just showing pistils, full on flowering plants and outdoor plants. So...if this should be just buds and far into flower plants I think the name of the thread should be changed to reflect it. I am not upset lol just want it to be clear. Personally my two decade twister is the most gorgeous thing I have seen in a grow. Veg or flower.

There is no limit to quality bud pics;) im not trying to advertise my journey in any way.have plenty of followers and suport;) my pics are to show how good dutch passion auto seeds are!!!

Apparently Dean's and my post hit a nerve. Sorry if our posts offended you, that was not its purpose. I am just saying that sort of stuff is supposed to be handled in "grow journals" and not here. I think Buckshot, who started this thread would agree. We don't "advertise" our journals (but we put a link to our journals in our signature) , it's called documenting our grows, both the successes and failures. I am sure Dutch Passion seeds ARE good, but there are lots of good (and bad) ones. Peace to you and yours!

I do agree... well said. I try to keep on it but lately I have had a hard time keeping up
