Deep Blue C Mephisto Genetics
My current favorite smoke. Pitbull, cured for 5 months. A strong fuel/citrus smell. Nothing special to look at. Potent yet smooth as silk.
This one is just for fun. As my tolerance has increased I've had to adjust my grows for inflation. Ace of Spades from last summer's grow.
Major, beautiful!! It could be titled before and after that purple pill ...just say'n

Here is my Dynasty Huckleberry Kush Lavender Pheno at 34 days.
In learning their ways (Auto's) when I think she is about ready to tap out. She puts out //opens one of those bits that look like a NOT FULLY POPPPED corn kernel. Busting with white pistils..... something is telling me that would be a seed (??) if she was fertilized.
ANY ADVICE???
She is at 18/6 for 2 weeks now and she gets subsidized with afternoon BLAZING SUNSHINE for 2.5 hours. SHE REALLY LIKES THIS (and stinks!!!) and will just let her do her thing as long as trich's stay clear....Thanks for any advice...Peace.....

I think you are at the start or very near the start of the harvest window for that beautiful red girl. Its all about what you want. If you want a more active buzz, one that lets you get stuff done, pull closer to now. If you want a couch lock strain wait more than a week. Personally I like to harvest at all cloudy trichomes. This grow I am going to wait for just a bit of amber.

Thanks and I was looking for the first signs of milky-ness. But would compromises that if she keeps adding internal bulk, still fattening up. Got my finger on the trigger!!!

I crop when it is cloudy and when there are just a very few amber (like, as soon as I see one amber....it's done for me, so it's probably less than 1% amber), I like the taste better, and the effect as well (can't stand couch locks anymore).
Also, it depends how you grew, but if you still have the main cola, it maturates faster than the lower branches obviously.... Some people cut the main cola first and let the little buds maturate a bit longer, but I still haven't found if this is good or not on autos.
Additionally, if you have doubt about the plant sex, it might be "dangerous" to let it too long, because i did that in the past and i ended up with an hermie :-/ i 'm not sure what exactly caused that though (i think i played too much with lights at the end, or may be i've let them grow too long, i am not sure... ).

I have a buddy that grows a Jamaican Marley sativa that looks like ugly dandelions with cotton balls for bud sites. At first glance you would not want to put it in your body!! After your first big bong hit, you realize where your at in 15 ~ 20 minutes, even the ugly girls know how to dance!!

You still have a bunch of white hairs, might want to wait a bit. If you are scoping your Trichs and waiting for a percentage of amber, I would suggest you look more into the calyxes and less at the leaves. The leaves may end up with 50%+ amber while the actual buds have none. This happened to me.
On this run, I had 3 Jack Herrer Autos. I harvested one at day 77, one at day 90, and one at day 104. BY FAR the best is the day 77 harvested girl. So much more potent. Day 77 is a giggly and "up" type buzz. Day 90 is still up, but not quite as much....adds a bit of mellow. I really F****d up by letting the last one go 104 days. It's bedtime stuff.
I will NEVER let them go that far again.

That is what I was thinking..... as she has no vertical growth for two weeks. Then every two days a white pistil ball busts out. So she is swelling up on the inside which is deceiving, also I try not to handle her but a gentle squeeze of the nodes. She is rock "F'in" hard.... there is no depression or give when you check her. Like a little volcano on a stem!! You can almost see her trembling!~!
As far as days the end of this month will be 75 days for her. And like all the others I have heard, add 2 to 3 weeks to what ever the seeds site info mentioned. Unless you have a $5000.00 budget or the accumulated experience, don't expect a 55-65 day harvest.
For my first Auto grow I am happy and have a better insight for the next time. Seeing what others meant by practicing it and my own twists. She was only under CFL's the whole time ( almost 600W ) so I was/am running 32K lumens instead of a ballasted light of 75K ~ 85K for that wattage. So there is room to grow so-to-say!!
It was try this or get a gold fish..... I think I made the wise choice!!!!!

Yeah there's a Wal dart , they don't have anything. Weird because there's a lot of Spa's in town for when the tourists come to visit. Gives me an idea. I should see if the spa's have any unscented stuff they can sell me.
