If you have any molds to pack it into, like cookie cutters you can probably just pack it in the molding until its a brick.

The 5 Bag Set with Screen & Pollen Press was only $33 with tax & shipping so I thought that was fairly reasonable.

I'll do a little update today after I upload & resize the pics. Only 3 plants left & 1 coming down in a couple days. Plan to harvest it all by the weekend. Have to make more hanging clips for drying today as I used all 50 on the 2 Cherry on Top that are drying now. Need to get the 5x5 empty so I can swap it out with my new Mars Hydro 5x5.
 
Awesome! I got the Bag set as well. It's been working pretty good so far. Definitely worth it imo.
It'll be cool to see how the press works. How big is the press? Like puck size, or brick size?

Here's my post from one of my journals on 420mag. when I made some dry Ice Kief. I didn't cover all of the specifics, mostly just showed the results. Now I'll just put the dry ice in the bubble bag with the buds/trim & shake them together, and it works great. Dry Ice Kief - LL
I shake it over a large metal bowl like that one in the post. Works good to have something to contain it as the kief's light enough to be blown away by a breeze. Nothing worse than all the kief blowing all over the place lol. That'd be terrible.

Makes using up all the popcorn & trim much easier.

Hey Shed, I was just looking on Zon for this & all they have is gallons for $90. Know of any other brands in a Qt. / Ltr. ?
Can't really afford the $90 right now for a gallon.

Also, that Google Calculator says it's no longer available so not sure how to figure things out. Here's what I was considering using but not sure if I should or not. Maybe you can let me know what would be beneficial & what's not.

Just a few pics of the 3 plants in the 5 x 5 tent. Last Cherry on Top getting chopped today. Popped the buds off the branches of the 1st Cherry on Top this morning so I'll get pics & weight on that one later today.

Funny thing about harvesting now is I'm looking forward to the frosty trim to make hash. Makes trimming a little more enjoyable... but not too much... lol.

After a lot of tutoring by MrSauga I use the hydrobuddy for calculating my mixes, and I have been following his advice regarding ratios. After all, you can't get much happier looking plants than this!

MrS sets his ratios as close to 5-1-5 NPK as possible, and his K-Ca-Mg-S ratio at 4-2-1-.5 which is hard to do with only two nutes. And he runs his silica at 50ppm for almost the entire grow after ramping it up pretty quickly.

In terms of using the MC v4 and the GH cal-mag, you will likely be blowing through the limits of Calcium as you increase your dosing, because MC starts with high Ca (in a 2.6:1 ratio) and the GH comes with another 5% Ca and only 1.5% Mg (or 3.3:1). Ideally a 2:1 ratio is better.

Never run Superthrive as it's really just a B vitamin, which doesn't fall on the list of things that cannabis needs.

Have you considered running GeoFlora? Lots of folks are having success with it. I'm testing it out now and it turns out it works even better if you follow the instructions. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Those are some Sweet Looking Plants !
 
Got a few pics & weight from the 1st Cherry on Top. Ended up with just a hair over 6 oz. 32.9 gr. of popcorn (bud under the size of a quarter) & 107.7 gr. of nice bud. So 140.6 gr. total. This shit is gas ! Wish I could get my hands on 10 Fem seeds of it. It's all I would grow for a while. I do have a couple seeds left of it from the dispensary weed so going to grow 1 pretty soon just to make seeds. My buddy is STS - ing one now for us; but I'm not sure I trust his handy work.

The 2nd Cherry on Top is done. 88.4 gr. LOL. 3 oz. 4.4 gr. Thought there was a little more then that from the way it looked.

The only Peyote Wi Fi left in the 5 x 5. I think this one is a Hermie; but not totally sure yet. This one just does not want to finish. Keeps putting out more white hairs. She's coming down Friday regardless. Tired of wasting time on mediocre weed. I think all the Peyote Wi Fi will end up Hash & Butter.

It's hard to know when to take down a foxtailing plant. Gotta be some middle ground between the clear trichs on the foxtails and the amber ones on the original calyxes.
