Then I will spend another 150USD on 2020 T-slot profiles as my frame.
 
I ended up building my frame out of 15x40mm square tube profiles, im happy with the result:)
Running the cobs without the protection of the lens is not an option for me, the cobs wouldent have lasted a week:P
I see the kingbrite lenses spread the light close to 180degrees and not the 80 degres they are specified with, for my next build ill look into using a flat sheet of 2mm clear polycarbonate or glass as a cover under the cobs or glued in place on top of open reflectors, im sure that will be a better solution.

10mm hole on the outside and 5mm hole against the Cobs, c/c 20mm, then screws into the cobs and 10mm plastic plugs to cover the outside hole;
