Co2 question

I have a 9x9 room with a 3x4 veg has 400 watt mh and 4x4 flowering has a 600 watt hps. The 9x9 has a 5000 but window unit for cooling and a small portable thermostat controlled space heater.

In the winter do I need to bring the outside air in. My concern is this air will be to cold and make the heater overwork. Or should I just go with CO2.

Also if co2 is recommended. Has anyone used these co2 bags that say they release co2 into your grow room? Example: Exhale co2 bag

If its a sealed room then run co2 from bottles. if its a passive intake with extraction your pretty much wasting your time with co2.

Can someone else chime in about using co2. Are you a using it at all?

I dont use it in extracted rooms because its pulled out as fast as its put in. Co2 will def boost plants but using those bags are a waste of time unless extraction is turnec off. if you going to use Co2 use bottles.
