Co-planting a la Cannabelle anyone?

I am very interested in the concept of planting some spring onions (or other 'companion' species) in the same container, like what I have read with great interest on the likes of Cannabelle's threads.

Does anyone do this regularly, or tried it before? Opinions good or bad?

Yes, I went over to have a look. After the frist 10 pages I decided so skip by 10s a few times in the hope of hitting on something by sheer luck. No joy, so your idea of just posting her sounds the sensible way to proceed
