CMH lights: What is the deal?

EMERGENCY! Bad reflection, put up Orca reflection! Raised temp lowered rh because had to put ac units on high.
Draatic measures taken, turned one light off, dropped single light. Was able to make a full 4' spread between lights. Raised and plugged second back in. Still had problems with biggie's, major wilting. Cranked up humidifiers back to 75rh.
HAD TO RAISE AGAIN! Down to 6150 lux, can you believe that???
These lights are simply unbelievable. You should not get 630cmh lights. Just 315s always spread like 4' apart. Nice evenness all 4' of tray.
I will probably have to raise again. The Orca reflection on CMHs is truly a thing to be very careful about. Raises everything! So you gotta be leaner, so much reflection you would go blind from a dark room to this!

This is getting out of hand. Presently, just shut off for nightly 2 hours. Ppm makes no real difference at 1000. Wilting and kept raising till reflection was again trashed.
So after wake up, I may flip to dark black out, for pete sake. May not be able to use Orca. The radiation makes me feel like I am in a microwave!
Wat a mess.

Ok,
Seems now that I took out Orca, they are now back. Some tiger stripes on some leaves, lowered an inch, doing better.
ANY type reflection with CMH bulbs is looking like a major no no. BEWARE!

Going to black out side reflection. Using back side of Orca paper. A flat black, would not use plastic shiny. This is just too bizarre...
It takes out any questions about ANY reflection. Kinda bummed it didnt work out. But it DID feel like a microwave when added! Might even be unhealthy..

Again, plants SHOULD have been fried, but CMH is so forgiving its unbelievable....

SUCCESS! OK NOW I can reccomend that all reflection is blackened out. This might be the key children!
So 6300lux, presently at 75rh and today I am reading 50% humidity. Keeping between 77-80°. Off lights drop humidity to 65rh and temp to 76 or so.

Here we are..

Looks like I am going to black plastic the whole room from 8' to bottom. This is to remove all shiny reflections from my room. Talk about commitment....
But with what I did accomplish, made a serious improvement. Been able to lower humidity to 40% and 68rh. Raised temps up to 81° to 77°.
And was able to drop lights to 7000lux.
Darker green, opened up like flowers. Finally transporation is working and raising humidity a bit.
Any and all reflection will be removed in 24 hours. Its literally pinging off distant walls of pressed bubble wrap...

Update:
So over the past day or so, I have blacked out 100% of my room 7' up to bottom. Everything came back alive. Then I tried to open small 1'x 4' Orca panels of sheeting on wall to the right and back of trays.
DAMMIT! Started burning plants again, damn near wilted everything!
Pulled them off to 100% black reflection. Took awhile, but came back with style.
So with out further ado, I CAN say this. DO NOT USE ORCA WITH CMH, PERIOD.
Its really on you if ya do so. 200 bucks a roll! I LOVE ORCA! But with this much problems that I had, with ANY reflection so far. But I believe I am going with Aqua Man on this, find white reflection and use that. Well when I do do that, it's going to be dull and not shiny!

Here are a few others and you can see... everything is green now. The wilted leaves are making a good comeback, may not have to cut off.

The camera picks up a certain angle shows yellow. But it's not. There must be an understanding here, cameras can only pick up so much, because the hid override everything. Your going to have to at some point "trust" me when I tell you, that its yellowing, when it is. The eyes can pick up so much more in stereo.
New pics show something yellow, well it isn't. It's all green.
Last night, was abysmal and I was personally disgusted that I, so far as I saw it, cannot use my very expensive Orca lining. If I could I would have.

Now sitting @7000lux, 1200ppm, 77-80°f, 70rh or 45%humidity.

Ok,
You will see some paper I stapled up. There is quite alot more light on the end of my tray. Picks may show that stress is leaving slowly now, centers and shorties below are too greening up better with some side reflection.
Seems alot of reflection is possibly not needed. Temp setup....
@71rh or 45% humidity, 1200ppm (now staying at that all light hours) was much higher at 1400 when I was working in there, 77-80°F, 7000lux.

UPDATE!
Well over the past couple of days there has been some major changes. I have been scrambling to cover all my threads, just to keep up.
Disaster struck me a couple of days ago....
Now what have discovered is major changes with whole system, please pay attention...
Using cmh bulbs. Reflection HAS TO BE DULL METALLIC! floor a rattan color. This has been a total bitch to find.
Other news.....

5 years ago when ceramic was just comming out, I had always heard there were 2 bulbs you HAD to have for a grow. A Blue and a Red.
Apparently the marketing morons thought to HIDE these truths.
Why? Too expensive. We complained bitterly. But the bulbs were much more expensive then.
Guinesses made a move, they picked 1 bulb, the 315, 3100 with a LOWER frequency. That's for FLOWERING! The 315, 4200 is for VEGGING!
That's why 2-4hours dark was simply not enough time to burn off extra energy.
People that have had success, use dull METALLIC reflection AND have over 6 HOURS DARK TIME.
3100 is lower 4200 frequency. Lower is more raw and powerful.
So I am keeping 4 hours dark today. Getting 4200's tomorrow.

Here we have day after 4 hours darkness and dull metallic reflection using aluminum foil (temp) dull side.

Some may asked, "why don't you do this with all kinds of different light setups?"

That's giving up. I have smelled money made times before and fit myself into a niche. Made a few million with one of em. An unknown key into tech that many have trashed.....
I smell money, period.
How? In turn around, you yutz.
Might could do 60 day turns....

That's more interesting isn't it....?

Ok,
So, they are growing at a snail's pace. The folks out there have mentioned this so many times....
So there is merit to that, its obvious.
As you can see, there is the constant yellow on big girls.
BUT! They drank up half the water weight of what they had last night, wow!
The babies are drinking too, the midsize girls haven't really budged for a week.....still!
But they are all pretty even. The real picky ones are the big girls, man!

But still have not moved lights now for a couple of days. They SHOULD be kicking it in gear.... but alas they puttered out to snail crawl.

By gum, these new bulbs better work.

Now keep in mind I may be able to just go from 4 hrs to 6 hrs dark. THAT is a MUST for 315cmh 3100 bulbs!
But I am changing out mine to 4200k, should drop out so much red and emit more blues, keeping at 4 hrs dark.
That decision will be made tomorrow, with a full day on 4200's.
