Clones look terrible

I'm having issues with some clones that I recently took (2 weeks old.) The new vegetation seems to be yellowing and dieing.

-Soil with 20% pearlite
-24 hour cfl light
-run-off ph is middle to high 6 range

are they too wet? looks kinds like that to me, but im no expert,, light burn? to little or to much fertz? things to check, your ph sounds ok what soil is that?

trim some of those leafs..looks like necrosis due to the clones lack of root structure...also looked like i saw damage from pests, maybe thrips
